Had them lay a new flat roof over our building and it's doing exactly what we needed. The old one was uneven and would pool water after every storm, which is where all our leaks were coming from. The new surface actually drains now and I haven't seen water sitting up there once since they wrapped. Best part for me was the interior staying dry through that stretch of nasty weather we got last season. No new ceiling stains, no musty smell in the back offices where it used to get bad. They spent extra time on the seams and edges too since that's where the old roof always gave out first. Building doesn't stress me out anymore whenever bad weather is coming. If you've got a flat roof that's on its last legs, these are the ones I'd call.

We had a persistent leak near the HVAC units that two other companies could not seem to pin down. These guys found the source and fixed it as part of redoing that section of the flat roof. When I was comparing options around Wheeling they were the only ones who diagnosed the problem instead of guessing. No leaks since, even through the spring storms.

The roof was becoming more of a maintenance issue than it was worth, so we decided it was time for a long-term solution. The estimator showed up fast and gave us a straight rundown of what he was seeing, no upsell routine. Once they got …

we had a chronic leak over the back office that 3 different roofers tried to fix over 2 years. each one would patch something, charge us, and the leak would come back after the next big storm. by the time #1 Source came out i was ready to just gut the whole roof. their estimator climbed up, spent maybe 45 minutes mapping the membrane, then showed me photos of where the previous patches had actually trapped water under the layers. it wasn't one leak it was about 6 spots all feeding into the same drop. they recommended a full replacement on that section rather than chasing patches forever. cost was honestly reasonable considering what we'd spent on band aids. install took 3 days. been through a brutal stretch of rain since then and the ceiling tile in that office is bone dry

Happy we could find the real source and stop the leak for good.

Smooth process from start to end. Estimator knew his stuff, didn't try to upset anything we didn't need. Crew showed up early everyday and the foreman kept me looped in with quick texts. New flat roof looks clean and the parking lot was spotless when they left. Paperwork was tidy.
