Google map 261 Granville St. My question is why would anyone have this company install or fix any roofing, siding etc??? I wouldn't, but know many who have. You can probably guess the outcome.

Called and left a message about getting an estimate and they never called back

So we had zz xteriors out in October of 2024 to give us a estimate on residing our barn, we excepted the estimate in October of 2024, we also wanted overhead doors installed, they did not do them but suggested someone else that could. We needed to have those done the week prior to them doing the barn. They said they were ordering the materials and would be out the following week, then winter hit and they kept pushing it further and further out due to weather. We reached out to them today March 11 2025 due to weather clearing up. The sales guy, Michael, and he now told us they are not doing our job because now they don’t have the correct person to do the work. When we asked about the materials, since they supposedly ordered them already, they didn’t even have them, they had no intent on doing our barn residing. To tell the truth I would not trust them to side a dog house. Very untrustworthy and shady company.

Chris was very thorough in walking me through the insurance process of replacing my roof. He was extremely professional and quick to answer any of my questions. The work crew was prompt and had my roof replaced in one day. They even spent the last 30 -40 minutes cleaning up my driveway, deck and yard to ensure that all nails and debris was removed!! Overall, a positive experience. I highly recommend ZZExteriors.👍🏻

After a hail storm I had several companies beating on my door. I decided to have a local company with an A+ BBB rating and 20 years experience. I worked with Michael to inspect my roof and work with my insurance company. He made the process almost effortless. It took a total of 3 weeks from the date of the storm to having my roof complete! I can't say enough about what a positive experience Michael and ZzExteriors was. I wish that the dent repairs for my cars were half as easy!

Thank you to ZZxteriors. We have used them for multiple projects around our home in the last couple of years. They have done great work and transformed the look of our home with a new roof and siding and gutters, and helped navigate issues with our insurance. Chris has been very helpful and dependable when we needed it the most.
