George, You know who I am. You replaced my roof so maybe try replying with a different approach next time. You replaced my roof years back in thornville and I was being nice by not sharing details and pictures of the work and quality left behind but if you'd like I can go into more details here and also share pictures? So just because it was a few years back maybe you have things better together now or aren't leaving things how my home was left but just to clarify since you asked YOUR company replaced my roof and was supposed to be gutters too in thornville and trust me I received no where near 5 star quality work and i still have jacked up work left behind and a hell of a mess i had to clean up. 3 mower tires later and 2 ziploc bags full of nails as well. But we can discuss and share all this on here so everyone can see the proof if you'd like? I also have the last text messages that you said you wanted to come out and "look" over my roof after but never did hear from you again since then.

GKG Roofing was fantastic! The team was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to get the job done quickly and safely. They arrived early, stayed late, and took great care to protect our garden and plants around the house. We couldn’t be happier with their work and would highly recommend GKG Roofing!

We had an elbow of one gutter fall off. It was too high for me to reach, and GKG agreed to come out and complete this small repair. They did an excellent job.

After the windstorm I had some vinyl siding blow off and get damaged. George was great assisting with getting the replacement siding color to match and his crew did a great job installing the new/replacement section of siding.

GKG has done a commercial building for me and scheduled to do my residential roof replacement. Met my adjuster at both locations and very professional.

I spoke to George yesterday about a leak in the roof. George called me this morning and sent Lonnie over to take care of issue. What an exceptional service I must say. Lonnie was also very nice and showed me pics of the problem before fixing it. I would highly recommend this company for any repairs of their roof.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience! Reviews like yours mean a great deal to us. Sometimes an owner thinks they need a new roof when they do not. If a roof is in good condition and only needs a repair or a small fix, that's exactly what we'll recommend. Our goal is to give every homeowner an honest assessment so they can make the best decision for their home—not to sell them something they don't need. I truly appreciate your kind words about my approach and your recognition of our commitment to trust and integrity. Earning our customers' confidence is something we never take for granted. Thank you again for your recommendation. If you ever need roofing services, roof repairs, or simply have questions about your roof in the future, GKG Roofing is always here to help. This was my first roof installation and GKG made it smooth and painless. I needed a full replacement due to aging, leaking, and the boards under the shingles no longer being up to code. This made it a bigger project than I was hoping for but I was given all the information I needed upfront, kept informed throughout, was able to get a price I could afford (as a grad student), and the result is fantastic. The crew was very polite and professional, I was home during the project and they let me know any updates as they came across them. The only hiccup in the process was the dump trailer remaining in the driveway longer than expected, but I messaged George and it was picked up 1-2 hours later. I will be recommending them to local friends.

We have had a wonderful experience with GKG Roofing. We were out of state when storms hit and a neighbor let us know we had missing shingles. Called George and he covered immediately and we started our claim. GKG did an excellent job with our roof, and we chose to also replace gutters and downspouts. They did a good job of cleaning up also. Thank you to George, Joe and the whole team.
