This company is horrible, the people they hire to fix the roof did not finish the job. No one calls back I have told them for 4 months that the leak is still present (roof was apparently replaced in February) when it rains and not one …

Hello Amanda, we are sorry to hear about your experience getting your roof replaced, but we don’t think that we have ever worked with you. We believe you may have the wrong company, as we did not install any roofs in February due to the weather being unfavorable. We do not have any records of your name in our system, nor have we received any calls from you. Based on your reviews it appears you may be based out of Kentucky, we do not do any work outside of Ohio.

Company preys on senior citizens. They hire subcontractors and refused to pay them when the work has been done. The roof was done in Aug 2025 and is now leaking and can't get in touch with anyone. Stay away from this business. Bad business …

Rachel was amazing to work with! She was friendly, responsive and worked with us to figure out a solution to our weird contract. She was willing to drive us up samples of shingles to we could see them in person. 100% would go back to work with her in our next roof!!

Had a great experience with Evolve! Rachel responded promptly to tarp and protect our roof when we lost shingles with strong winds. She helped make the process easy dealing with our insurance company to advocate for a full roof replacement. Communication throughout the process was fabulous! The team who replaced the roof was efficient and professional. They left the property in great shape. I would definitely recommend Evolve!

The job was done very nicely. All the workers did a great job and once they finished they made sure to clean up all the messes. Would most definitely recommend to other people.

Evolve Roofing was a fantastic experience from start to finish. I’m extremely pleased with how my roof turned out, as well as the quality of the work and the thorough cleanup afterward. Rachel was great to work with—she answered all of my questions, stayed attentive throughout the process, and made everything easy and stress-free.

I can’t say enough good things about Evolve! One of their employees went way above and beyond anything you’d expect from a roofing company. My car broke down on the side of the road, and as I was stranded trying to figure out what to do, a Evolve truck pulled over. The employee not only checked to see if I was okay but actually helped me diagnose the problem and change out my alternator right there on the shoulder. That kind of kindness and willingness to help a stranger speaks volumes about the people this company hires. If their team treats a random person on the road this well, you can only imagine how they treat their customers. It’s rare to see such integrity, professionalism, and heart in a business today. Huge thanks to Tyler Stevens and to Evolve for having such incredible people on your team. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for any roofing job!
