If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company came door-to-door in our neighborhood 6 months ago, insisting that our roof needed work and convincing my parents to hire them. They took $3,900 in cash from my mother and gave only a simple receipt that she had to sign & they refused to sign it themselves. After taking the payment, they completely disappeared. No one came to do the job, and they ignored every phone call and email. Even the BBB reached out to them and they never responded. Because we trusted them and kept waiting, our roof started leaking and caused damage inside our home, and we had to pay another company to repair everything. The entire experience felt dishonest, unprofessional, and extremely stressful. Based on what happened to us, I would strongly warn others to be very cautious if someone from this company shows up at your door or offers you “urgent” repairs.
