Hi Marc, your website is down, none of your phone numbers work anymore and none of your e-mails are going through. The job that you completed that you promised to come back and fix is still here. The soffits are all bouncing, the gutters are leaking and now I am resorting to trying to communicate through a Google Review. I suggest you resolve whatever problem you want to tell me this time and either refund my money or warranty your work. Feel free to reach out.

I liked this guy when I met him and was prepared to hire him, but I got tired of chasing him. He kept promising to send me information but never followed through, always had an excuse. Not professional. He came recommended to me but I would not recommend him to anyone.

We initially hired Marc to fix a minor hole in our siding. He did a great job and we discussed that in the the future we would be replacing the siding. Our problem though is that his business card states that he is a jack of all trades and …

Hi Sharon, Your review is valid. Being a small business has many benefits to our customers, but sometimes resources are stretched. With regards to your project, our communication was not professional and I apologized personally once I became aware of the mistake. Thank you for the positive remarks you mentioned even though your full experience didn't meet your expectations. I would only like to add that the type of work had no relevance to the lack of communication. We do take pride in our work and try our best to ensure our customers experience a seamless transaction as often as possible, thankfully yours is a rare occurrence. All the best.

Certified Roof Repairs does great work. We have a special marley tile roof and this is the only company I trust to do maintenance and repairs. Marc really cares and you can tell when he takes the time to explain what's going on and what needs to be done. I recently had Marc back for additional roof maintenance and I would highly recommend. Don't hesitate to call Certified Roof Repairs for your roof.

He did an excellent job in diagnosing a less than straightforward issue which he fixed immediately. Extremely quick response time when nobody else would see. Clearly very knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail. Masterclass in professionalism. Would recommend to anyone.

My brother, my mom and myself all needed work done on our roofs. Marc did a fantastic job for each of us. Being able to see not just one, but three jobs Marc has worked on allows me to say with confidence that Marc is highly skilled and professional. I would recommend him to anyone! Update: Now living in a new house in 2024, my roof recently started to leak with the high winds and heavy rain we've been experiencing. I called a few companies for quotes and was told by a few that I would need to replace my roof (for tens of thousands of dollars) despite the fact that it's still fairly new and the shingles still look good. I remembered that Marc did a great job on my previous roof and gave him a call. I wish I'd thought of it sooner. Marc squeezed me in and fixed my leak (without trying to upsell me on a new roof). It's been such a relief to not feel stressed every time it rains. If you're looking for someone honest and skilled, Marc's your guy.

Marc was exceptionally fast to reply and professional with his workmanship. Following a storm we lost a number of shingles and he made it a point to come by before the next rainfall. Can't say enough good things his communication, work and attitude. Do not hesitate to call him when in need of anything roof related.

I contacted them when raccoons ripped pieces of the roof off, causing water to come into the house. They came within an hour, patched it up. When the same thing happened again a few weeks later (again raccoons) they came back and patched it up at no additional cost. Very professional and courteous.

Had a roofing emergency in which timing was crucial as severe damage could've been done - Marc came right away and fixed the problem. He was also just a great guy. Highly recommend.

Called Certified Roof Repairs and they were very professional. They scheduled a visit for the next day. Mark confirmed cca 30min before he arrived that he is on the way. After he arrived he assessed the problem, informed me about it and with my approval he fixed it. It was a simple problem left from other roofers working on our house 2 years ago. I will definitely call them again and suggest them to everyone. Very professional and a good person.

Marc was very professional and kind. He helped repair my roof after a previous roofer could not do so. He is very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him for future jobs.
