  I contracted Zwicker to provide new roof, provided a deposit, but no one showed up on the expected start date or contacted me about a change in schedule. I messaged asking to cancel the contract and refund the deposit. When I finally heard back from David, he said that another roof had taken longer than expected, however he made no commitment to refund deposit. He has not returned any messages since then. EDIT: David I see that you have responded to this review but you have not responded to the messages I have left you over the previous weeks. Is this the format you'd like to use for communication going forward?

  There was no agreed upon date. You contacted us a few weeks ago, you have hardly even had a wait time. When we met at the property, I told you I HOPED to be there on the weekend. But had another job to complete first. It was 9 am saturday morning you requested your deposit back, as you anticipated we'd be there Saturday although you were not given that date. However, completely unreasonable as even if Saturday was the anticipated start date, at that time a person could have simply slept in. There's a contract in play here and in no way has an unreasonable amount of time gone by. It's literally been a cpl weeks. There's 100s of houses with tarps from Fiona still province wide. So being delayed a cpl weeks due to a job taking longer then planned is not in anyway uncommon.

  Sadly, no call back. I left messages after new owner said he’d send someone to look at work, but alas a no-show and ghosting me. I guess I won’t be contacting them for roof replacement in next couple of years.👎🏼 …

  Good morning. You orginally contacted the company on July 6, you are leaving a negative review 5 days later. Your call was for a repair. Unfortunately our previously booked clients take priority over such things. I told you we would get out as soon as possible and would call a cpl hrs before someone came out but couldnt give an exact time as we have a lot on the go. I apologize that as an owner operator with 2 employees our schedule could not be dropped to accommodate you. We are currently booking work 3-4 weeks according to yhe weather, which I explain to everyone who contacts us. So Im confused as to why after a few days this review is being left. To put down our buisness because we didnt drop and ignore other customers for you is a bit ridiculous, however it is your right. Our work and reputation speaks for itself, however if you are looking for someone who can accomodate you within days I do encourage you to as they say, "shop around".

  Quick response to messages. Immediately came and made roof watertight until they could get to us to replace shingles. Work was done to our satisfaction and all mess was cleaned up. Friendly workers. Would definitely recommend.

  The guys at Zwicker were fantastic right from quoting to completing the job. They were knowledgeable, friendly and took pride in all aspects of the job right down to leaving our yard spotless when it was complete. Totally recommend!

  The Zwicker roofing crew did a fantastic job with our roof. David and Frank were remarkable in their attention to detail. They did a big job for us and were done in only 2.5 days. At the end of the job everything was cleaned up so that you couldn’t tell they were here … except for the nice new roof. Thank you! - Kevin

  David and and his crew are professionals at their best. The response for the request for a quote was fast. When I had a leak issue prior to making a decision on who the work went to they responded immediately and resolved my problem. The roof was installed on schedule with no issues and they left the site completely clean. I have no hesitation recommending their service.

  You can really tell this company takes pride in their work, David and his hardworking team had our whole roof shingled in 2 days and the roof looks amazing! I couldn't ask for better, they really have the experience and knowledge, and care …
