  Representative from Envelopro was not very easy to deal with and at times even rude. I was quoted for my roof and I paid the 50% down and told they will do my roof beginning to middle of October and when they received my final deposit transfer, I was scheduled to late November. Also, I was told that the tarping of my bad roof would be done immediately after they received my full deposit. When I called the representative, he was rude and threatened to refund my deposit as I dared to question the ETA. They were supposed to tarp my bad roof up as soon as I paid the deposit, but they didn't do it until I reminded them 2 weeks after my full deposit was received. They only used 3 tarps ( 20 ea. max) and came back with an huge increase in our agreed roofing price which was equated to over 50% more than the original. Also tried to charge me over $ 800 to do this patch tarping. Trying to justify it with wrong measurement and that it is double roofed???? This is bad business practice. I asked them if this quote was accurate in the beginning and representative assured me it was and when asked if they coming out to measure the roof he said they didn't need to as this was all he needed and correct. When confronted he was rude and then later thought about it and offered me 50% off the tarping job. I could have got a better and faster roof replaced if I knew this up front. Just a company and service I will never use again! Worst experience ever!

  Wishing there was a zero star option. The owner of this company gave me the run around, rude, arrogant man. Horrible customer service. I’ve heard nothing but bad things about this company. I think he must write is own google reviews to stroke his own ego.

The initial consultation with Victor to the completion of the project, the team including G & Evan were professional, knowledgeable, easy to work with and excellent problem solvers. The quality of the workmanship is excellent with great attention to detail. The crew arrived on time, kept the work area clean, and answered our questions throughout the process.   I’m naturally skeptical of home improvement scams, so I put this company through the paces before hiring them. They were incredibly patient and transparent through my whole "vetting process". They showed up, did great work, and cleaned up after. That's good. They also re-did some of the work that i had concerns about without any hassle and they more than honored the contract. That's integrity. The office and project managers were available throughout the process and reached out proactively with updates. Highly Recommend.

  We first communicated with Michael a year before our project began. He presented us with options and prices for our home to be insulated and new siding. When we didn't make a decision right away they didn't hound us and instead we were contacted with a new quote after some time had passed. We met with Michael again and decided on what to get done with financial options and dates to begin the project. The crew were hard working, under the keen direction of Singh, a highly skilled worker with strong attention to detail. Singh was easy to communicate with on a daily basis throughout the time they were working on site. Michael and Rebecca kept us up to date through emails on any delays due to waiting for materials. The clean up was completed in a timely manner and community neighbours and friends have already given us many positive comments about the work that was done on our home. We are very pleased with the completion of the job and would not hesitate to refer Envelopro in the future. Thank you
