Called and left a message using their main listed number regarding an issue I was having with my roof and wanted to get someone to look at it. Never received a call back. If they were too busy to look or not interested in the work, that is fine, but not even a return call to say that is poor customer service in my books.

Not reliable. No-show for estimate. Called on a Thursday. Josh, the owner, answered. I asked for an appointment next week to do an estimate. He asked if we could be available this weekend. Though we would have preferred an outing because the forecast was great, I said we could be available, so we set up an appointment for Sunday, between 3:00 and 4:00. Josh didn't show up. Called at 5:00 and got his voicemail. Reminded him of our appointment. Left my phone number and asked him to call back. He never called. Big waste of a weekend afternoon we could have spent at the beach.

We had multiple quotes completed before deciding and Accurate Roofing was the best price among them with an excellent company reputation from my research. The communication and service was excellent. They were honest about the benefits versus costs between types of shingle options when we asked and did not try to oversell anything. We also had a leak in our roof that needed to be repaired as part of the project and they identified the specific problem and fixed it properly including reinforcing certain parts of the roof structure. They cleaned up everything, were efficient while working, and overall seemed like a great crew that I would recommend to any of my family or friends who need a new roof. I highly recommend Accurate Roofing.

I could not be happier with Accurate Roofing. From start to finish, the Accurate Roofing crew was an absolute pleasure to work with. They were genuinely lovely, considerate, polite, professional, and incredibly hard-working people. Josh and Andrew, who completed most of the installation, worked through some very challenging weather conditions, including high winds, without complaint, and their work ethic was outstanding. It was clear throughout the project that they take great pride in their craftsmanship. Chris, who handled the quoting and communication, was equally wonderful! responsive, professional, courteous, and always quick to answer questions. The entire process felt organized and stress-free from beginning to end. What impressed me just as much as the quality of the roof was the respect they showed for our property. The crew kept the site tidy throughout the project, and when the work was complete, they cleaned everything up beautifully and put everything back in place. It is clear they care not only about the quality of their work but also about their clients’ experience. The roof itself looks beautiful, and the attention to detail is evident throughout. I would recommend Chris, Josh, Andrew, and the entire Accurate Roofing team without hesitation. Exceptional workmanship, outstanding service, and genuinely good people. Thank you all for a job very well done.

My wife and I decided to go with a new steel roof after having it shingled 20 some years ago. We also wanted our old brick chimey removed into the attic and patched over. On a recommendation from a fellow tradesman at work we contacted Accurate for a quote. Chris responded with various colors to choose from and shortly after a written quote. We accepted the quote and waited for the install. The wait was not long as they finished other jobs up. Chris was excellent with emails on an expected start date. Josh (owner) and his crew Andrew & Nick arrived and within a week they were completed. Let me say these guys were fantastic to have at our home. Excellent workmanship and all very polite guys to talk with. Josh takes a lot of pride in his work and that is reflected on his guys. We are extremely happy with the look of our new roof and would most definitely recommend Accurate to anyone looking at getting their roof done.
