The first three are Google’s own figures for Zenith Roofing Services, read on 24 September 2026; the share is of every rating Google has counted, not of the review texts on this page. The median is ours — the middle figure among the California roofers we list with enough ratings to compare.

Too few ratings to compare against other roofers — at 8 ratings a single unhappy customer moves this figure by several points.
The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Zenith Roofing Services. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

Zenith Roofing Services recently completed a professional tile roof lift and lay in Temecula, CA. We specialize in identifying hidden structural issues beneath existing tile roofs. For this project, we replaced aging underlayment with high-performance Malarkey materials and repaired damaged roof decking to ensure long-term stability. Our expert team also upgraded metal flashing around all penetrations to maximize drainage and weather protection. If your tile roof is aging, don't wait for a leak to occur. Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 8 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 8, of which 8 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Zenith Roofing Services. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
