  After the recent rain, I noticed a brown water spot spreading across our bedroom ceiling and got really worried. Some shingles had lifted near a roof valley, and the flashing around a vent pipe was allowing water to get under the roofing layers. Martin Brothers Roofing responded quickly, got on the roof right away, and found a soft section of decking along with cracked sealant around the roof penetration. What stood out most was how clearly everything was explained without making it confusing. They obviously knew roofing well and walked me through the problem in simple terms. The crew replaced the damaged shingles, installed new flashing, sealed the area correctly, and replaced a small section of rotted plywood decking before finishing the repair. They also inspected the drip edge and the nearby roof slope to make sure the leak route was fully taken care of and would not keep causing issues. I was very stressed before they arrived because every sign of moisture inside the house made the situation feel worse. Once they showed me what had failed and explained the repair process, I felt much more at ease. The work was done carefully, the cleanup was thorough, and all nails and debris were removed from the area. The repaired section blends in nicely with the rest of the roof instead of standing out like a rough patch job. After another strong rain, everything stayed completely dry, and that was a huge relief for my family.

  We had our roof replaced after a major storm and could not have asked for a better experience during such a stressful time. Edward came highly recommended for roofing inspection and roof replacement work, and he showed up quickly to inspect the property and explain each step of the process. He pointed out the storm damage, explained the risks of leaving problem areas untreated, and helped us understand how the insurance side of the roofing claim would work. Edward was patient, flexible, and easy to work with, even with repeated schedule changes from the insurance company. He kept communication clear and made the whole roofing process feel much less overwhelming. The roofing crew did excellent work on the new roof. They were careful, professional, and paid close attention to cleanup around the house, gutters, and yard. After the next rain, they even came back to check for any loose debris and made sure everything still looked clean and secure. The finished roof looks great, and we feel much more confident knowing our home is protected from future wind, sun, and storm damage. If you need roof repair, a roof inspection, or a full roof replacement, I would strongly recommend this team.

  After comparing estimates from other roofers for a re-roof because of an aging roof and an ongoing leak, my experience with Martin Brothers Roofing was excellent. From the free roof inspection, where trey took time to get up on the roof, check the problem areas, and explain the needed repairs and full replacement process, to the fast scheduling and final installation, everything went smoothly. The pricing was fair and competitive for the roofing materials and workmanship provided. The crew showed up on time early in the morning and worked hard through the summer heat to complete the new roof with care and attention to detail. They were respectful of my property, protected the area around the house, and did a thorough cleanup when the job was done. The foreman was friendly, professional, and answered all my questions in a clear way. i am very happy with the finished roof and feel confident about not having future leaks. i would highly recommend them for re-roofing, roof leak repair, and other roofing needs. the whole process was easy, the communication was great, and the final result looks very good. this was a well-managed roofing job from start to finish.
