  I used Rocket Roofing for a home inspection on a property in Claremont and later hired them to complete roof repairs. I also paid an additional $450 for a certified warranty, specifically for peace of mind. Five months later, I contacted them regarding a broken roof tile to ask whether this was something the warranty might cover. I was asked to take photos, which I promptly did and sent over. After that, I received no response. When I followed up and reminded them that I paid for the certified warranty and simply wanted to understand my coverage, the person I spoke with was extremely rude, dismissive, and laughed in a condescending manner, as if I should not have reached out at all. This experience was disappointing and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I do not recommend paying extra for the certified warranty, as it does not appear to be honored or supported after the work is completed. I hope this helps other homeowners make an informed decision.

  Utterly unprofessional, endless excuses, complete waste of my precious time and cost me money as a result as I could have been working. Didn't even show for the first scheduled start date. I called him and said I'm at the job site waiting for you. Alan, replied, "I hate these calls. Sorry but you should have received a notice" we had to bump date back. I unequivocally assure you - there was No Notice. I should have taken that as a red flag that this company regularly has unhappy customers. I had taken time off work to be at the site when they arrived after going to considerable trouble moving items to provide quick and easy access to workers. Gave him the benefit of the doubt, rescheduled for three weeks late. Two guys show up and say "We don't have enough guys or materials. Its a single family home and only half the roof was scheduled for a lift and relay...what?Gonna have to reschedule". Unbelievable. Told'em I'll find someone else. Putting up tarps now. Do not waste your time and money on this company. I've never written a review....this is my first....that should speak for itself.

  If there is a zero, I would like to rate it as zero. Called in on a Tuesday and they scheduled me for a free estimation appt on Friday 9-11 am for a roof leaking. No one has ever showed up, and when I tried to reach out they just informed me that they were not taking new request at the moment with a personal apologize and calling me “stupid”. Very disappointed👎 Hi. All my contacting info is valid. And now you are posting all my person information to the public intentionally. If my info if invalid, how can you contact me? All I wrote it was what actually happened, please be in mindful, professional, and respectful.

  With a neighbor projected to use this vendor (details listed below), this was a portion of my very short call with them. Me: How long have you’ve been in business? Rocket Roofers: Little over three years and we are booked for three weeks Me: Prior to this business, what did you do? Rocket Roofers: Does it matter Me: Yes Rocket Roofers: Go use somebody else —- My neighbor is (at this time) contracted Rocket Roofers to do repair work. My neighbor was scheduled to start work but did not arrive. Phone calls and messages were sent to inquire why they didn’t show up without any success. Given the very few replies on this thread while highlighting that the “few replies” were glowing provide tangible evidence that this vendor planted these “positive replies.” ~ check out their website where ONLY glowing reviews are seen within 10 comments (in THREE years!!) would make any smart and savvy homeowner wonder why there were so few positives - hmmmmmm. They are also not listed in Yelp, another revealing and useful information. They also have three separate listings to place an interview. Feel free to check and see how many of the same “positive” reviews are on all three separate reviews - lol! Familiar and sad scenario often seen of a business seeing short term profits with little concern or priority of providing customer service with whatever “warranty/guaranty” being useless because they will not be in business when the need/requirement to back their “warranty/guarantee) arises. They have the right to be in business Homeowners have the responsibility to work with reputable and high quality business with a proven record that places a high priority on customer service/satisfaction - hence NOT using this contractor is the path to take if one places a high value on using one’s monies wisely Choice is Yours

I see your review is similar to our conversation where you jump to conclusions and fabricate stories. I’m not sure who you are but I’m glad we avoiding you as a client.   The gentleman answered the phone and said “who is this why are you calling me start talking”. With that being said I would never use them.

  Just got my roof repaired and have had an amazing experience with Rocket Roofing. Colton was knowledgeable, quick responding, honest, and went above and beyond. The work was done quickly and professionally. The difference in the before and after says it all. Have had bad experiences with other roofers but cant recommend this company enough.

  I’m extremely satisfied with the service from Rocket Roofing. Their team was very professional and quickly identified the cause of a roof leak that had been an issue for many years. The repair work was done excellently, and everything was fixed properly. I truly appreciate their expertise, efficiency, and quality service. Highly recommend!

  I had a fantastic experience working with Eddie Gonzalez at Rocket Roofing! From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, Eddie was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure the job was done right. The crew was efficient and left the property clean. I couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommend Eddie and the whole Rocket Roofing team!
