  Zenith roofing refurbished our roof by replacing all the broken and cracked tile, replaced the underlayment and replaced all the flashing around the skylights and many tube lights on our 30 year old roof, plus extra. There was no pressure to replace the roof as we are 83 and 92 years old. I explained my need and the owner listened. He presented two options. Both were fair and reasonable in cost. His employees were efficient, courteous with questions, and their clean up after was impeccable. We had good communication during the four day job.

  My house has an older roof, and I expected most contractors to push for a full replacement. These guys actually suggested starting with targeted repairs first. They fixed cracked flashing, resealed joints, and reinforced a weak edge near the gutter line. It took longer than a basic patch job, but I appreciated the thoroughness. One small downside was that they left a few scraps near the side yard, though they came back the next day after I mentioned it. Overall, it feels like I bought myself a few extra years of roof life.

  Bryan and crew did a nice job inspecting our roof, finding the cause of our drainage issue, suggesting a solution, and then repairing the problem. They kept us updated as the job progressed, and they also provided us with photos (before, during and after). Bryan and crew were always on-time for appointments, estimates and the start/completion of work. They even squeezed us on to their schedule so that the repair could be done before the heavy rains came - much appreciated!

  Bryan was very helpful and had his crew out the same day to look at my roof. They let me know what needed to be done and had photos of everything. The job was done in a timely manner and everyone was very professional. I will absolutely be using Zenith again for all my roofing needs.

  That's a great detail to add! It really highlights A Highly Recommended Experience (7/28/2025) I had an excellent experience with Zenith Roofing Services when a missing tile on my second-floor roof needed replacement. I found them through a web search and requested a free online estimate, and Brian's response was incredibly quick via both calls and texts, demonstrating remarkable efficiency. Despite my job being super small—just placing one tile—Brian's attitude was very professional. He provided quotes for both today and tomorrow, and clearly explained the price difference, which was well within the range I expected. In contrast, another roofing company quoted $195 for cash and $425 for credit card, with no checks accepted. As someone who has solely used brokerage firm accounts for 25 years and doesn't deal with cash or traditional bank accounts, Brian's willingness to accept check payments and his clear explanation of their service operation were greatly appreciated. Brian provided an estimated arrival time (EAT), and his crew, One and Nico, showed up promptly. They quickly got to work and even took the initiative to check my entire roof. Omar was particularly patient, explaining Zenith Roofing Service's holistic approach: they don't just fix one spot but genuinely care about the entire roof's condition, ensuring it remains in good standing. This approach was truly impressive and different from what I've encountered before. They even found and replaced additional broken tiles on the spot, which was a huge bonus since I happened to have replacement tiles on hand. As they were leaving, Omar also said to "feel free to contact Brian if there are any issues or questions," which I found very professional. Brian was easy to talk to and explained everything thoroughly, and the entire process was completed very swiftly. I will definitely use Zenith Roofing Services again for any future needs and will enthusiastically recommend them to my clients and friends.
