  Very disappointing experience. I received a call at the time of my scheduled appointment, saying I didn’t answer his call earlier in the day (I didn’t recognize the number and there was no voicemail left), so he wouldn’t be coming. We rescheduled for two days later, no show and no call. I reached out and was told he couldn’t make it but would come first thing the next morning. And again he never showed up and never contact me, there was zero communication after that. Not sure if it’s reliable at this point.

We would be happy to reschedule your roofing service at your convenience and offer a discount as compensation. We've never had an issue with appointments before and with our new automated system it seems there may have been double scheduling issues. We're not quite sure which client we missed specifically as we can't find your information on our system, but we've addressed the issues within our team to prevent this from happening again.   Exceptional experience with JCIS roofing from start to finish. Juan kept us updated and informed throughout the entire process. Even with the heat we have been having this summer, his team finished in record time. I have referred him now to my mother to get her roof done as well. If you looking for some roofing repairs or a complete new roof, I would highly recommend you give Juan a call to see how much he can save you over the “other” roofing companies out there. 5 ⭐️

  Juan and his crew did a great job on my roof replacement! They were incredibly easy to work with and, most importantly, Juan actually listens to his customers. They went above and beyond, even handling small details meticulously. When I noticed a tiny spot on the flashing that needed attention, I called Juan, and he was out the very next day to fix it. Quality craftsmanship, and great customer service.

  I’m really happy with by. The general contractor is responsive and very clear when discussing my project. I’ve used by for multiple projects and every time my project was completed for a good price and on time, without surprises or cost increases. It’s very, very hard to find a great contractor but they are one of the few. Highly recommend them.

  Really easy experience start to finish. After entering very basic info from JCIS web site, I was contacted by Juan within about 30 minutes and we scheduled for a quote the next day. I got a detailed bid shortly after that was a very good price. After that, scheduled with JCIS and their work and full crew was fantastic. They also cleaned up well after the job. I was really impressed all the way through - would definitely recommend them for a great licensed roofing company!

  Juan did an excellent job on my roofing repairs and painting of my home. My neighbors even remarked about how nice it looked.The work was top notch. They were very accomodating, always on time and they cleaned up well afterwards. I recommend them without hesitation.
