  One of the Zenith Toyota tundras was driving like a maniac and tried ramming me and running me off the road. Very dangerous persons working for company. I have dash cam footage too

  Absolutely horrible company! After the salesman took money from my neighbor in good faith to do his roof, he deposited the money and skipped out! When they finally did his roof the contractors were so sloppy! They not only trampled all over our flowers but my husband cleaned up 11 roofing nails from our driveway!

  My name is Emil F, Zenith installed solar panels and a roof on my 1,700sq ft. house in Belair MD for 46k and have refused to provide me with the necessary warranties for the solar system. They abandon you once you sign for completion of work. Unlike all solar system installers, Zenith will not assist you with the necessary paperwork for your state and federal incentives. Please avoid this company at all cost. Thank you

  We will not hire Zenith again. We had a tree fall onto our house and it did significant damage. They said they would do the entire scope of work set out in the insurance estimate in a month. It took them five months and they only did 2/3 of the work, refusing to do the rest. When they sent us the final bill, it was for the full scope of work instead of the adjusted amount of work they actually did. The final product is satisfactory, but they made an already stressful situation more stressful in the process. They also did not do a final walk through, which would have been beneficial because there are certain details which needed their attention, but were neglected.

  Someone came to my door offering to help me get a new roof and once everything was approved and I got the check they were dodgy and wouldn’t give me the estimate I needed for my Morgage company to release the money

  I had a great experience working with AK Adjusters and Zenith to replace my roof. They worked with the insurance company to manage my claim. The actual roof replacement was quick and easy. Highly recommended!

  Excellent Workmanship and Professionalism.I had an outstanding experience with Zenith Inc right from start to finish ,the team was professional,prompt and highly skilled.They took the time to explain every step of the process when they were replacing my roof.This made me feel confident about their work.The crew arrived and finished the work efficiently in one day.They ensured that my roof was installed perfectly.The new roof looks fantastic and I've already noticed a difference in insulation and comfort.I highly recommend Zenith Inc for anyone needing quality roofing work because they went above and beyond my expectations

  Best in class customer service! Zenith approached us and asked to inspect our house and identified hail damage. Zenith ensured us they are very equipped to deal with insurance companies and our rep, Adam O., didn't disappoint. The whole process of replacing our siding took about a year mainly because State Farm presented many hoops to jump through and closed our claim in error! Adam was very knowledgeable helped every step of the way. He even made frequent house visits throughout the year to help my 70+ year old father with the email/telephone process since he is not very computer savvy. When the time came for the work to be done, the contractors they used were very polite and listened to all special requests we made. It's clear they took pride in their work! It took a full week for a team of 3-4 to complete the siding job. There was also a separate roofing job that was completed in a day. Thanks Adam for all your help!

  New roof - insurance claim case - caused by hail damage. Zenith crew was very professional in their communication for the scope of the project. They worked quickly to get the job done with minimal impact to our families normal operation.

  We started the long journey of getting our older roof replaced after some storm damage. I was very skeptical that the insurance would agree to cover the roof give. The assumed age of the existing roof. Debbie assured me that they were very accustomed to handling this sort of thing. Well, it took a good long while but Zenith expertly navigated the many hoops that our insurance company made them go through. Now we have a beautiful new roof and we sleep much better at night!

  The epitome of professionalism and patience. Working with AK Adjusters and Zenith was a truly inspiring experience. Having them on our side as adjusters was huge, in working patiently with the insurance company, going through all the steps that most homeowners don't know are available to them when going back and forth with the home insurance company, and in the end, after understanding this was a process, they were able to get us a brand new roof that was needed. The actual work done by the Zenith team was phenomenal. Working with John Meredith and Taylor Horton made us feel like we had the right team in our corner, and the end results speak for themselves. A new roof that matches well with our old farm house, excellent support and service throughout, and in the end, gained piece of mind. Thank you Zenith!

  I want to extend my sincere gratitude to Zenith and the entire team—especially Ryan, John, and Taylor—for the exceptional customer service and professionalism throughout my recent roofing and siding project. After a severe ice storm damaged my home, I was in urgent need of a new roof and siding. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the Zenith team’s communication was impeccable. They clearly explained each step of the process, alleviating much of the stress that often comes with dealing with insurance companies. John was particularly proactive in advocating on my behalf, which I greatly appreciated. The completed project looks fantastic. The installers were highly professional, neat, and detail-oriented, ensuring every aspect was handled with care.   Had a pretty good experience with everyone working for Zenith, Inc. The public adjustor John, as well as Taylor were also very knowledgeable and helpful. Both projects (roof and siding) were completed in a very timely manner. I would use this company again.

  Zenith Inc. They were awesome. They did a great job replacing our roof and when the job was done, they cleaned everything up in and around the house. They were fast but did an amazing job. We would highly recommend Zenith to everyone. Thank Zenith team.
