  This was my 2nd time using Roof Right to install new windows. I'm sad to say I was disappointed at the customer service. The day of installation the crew determined that the wrong measurements were taken and the wrong size windows were delivered. They quickly corrected the issue and delivered the windows within 2 weeks. However, when I inquired about a possible discount for my inconvenience, no one responded to my request. I spoke to the project manager who said he would get back to me, he never did. I contacted the office and spoke to someone who said she would forward my concern to a manager. After not hearing anything, I called back to follow up, and she said she would forward it again. No one ever followed up with me. I truly didn't expect a discount but I would have at least appreciated someone acknowledging the mistake that was made and the inconvenience it caused. I'm rating Roof Right's customer service unsatisfactory.

  Ashley, our team is looking into this as a top priority. However, we do want to clarify that the baffles and current ventilation were pre-existing and were not modified by our roof installation nor was it in our agreed upon scope of work. Our records show that a discussion was had but was ultimately decided to wait on additional gutter/trim/soffit work until a later date. Although the buckling plywood is a ventilation related issue, we will take care of the roof portion of the concern. The issues with the driveway and landscaping were also addressed immediately at the time of the project. Our team is always willing to correct these issues, but we were told it did not need to be resolved by us, as the driveway was cleaned by the homeowner and was going to be replaced, and that it was believed the plants would recover. Again, we have escalated this and will be in touch immediately.

  Damon came to my house. Didn't even bring in materials for presentation. Lied several times to me. Gave us a quote of 33000. We ended up going with another company at 14000 for CertainTeed . If you're in the market for a roof do yourself a favor and never use this company

  Don’t hire Roof Right, they charge twice what other roofers charge and suggest short term solutions so you’ll spend more money with them in the long run. I had my roof sealed 15 months ago and it’s already leaking, now they say I need a full roof replacement which costs almost the same amount as the sealant and they won’t acknowledge it’s their fault I didn’t go with a roof replacement the first time because they didn’t even tell me that was an option. Not to mention I got quotes from multiple other roofers this time around and discovered Roof Right charges $11,000 to overlay material on my roof (what they call a replacement) when other roofers charge $5200 for a full removal and replacement of the roof. Don’t waste your money!

Following our inspection of the issue, it was deemed to be a manufacturing defect with the product itself, not an installation issue. Roof Right is very meticulous in selecting our manufacturing partners because we want the best for our clients - this includes choosing partners with robust warranties, should issues like this arise. Although you initially declined to have the warranty process started, we are still happy to process it should you change your mind.   We scheduled an appointment, and they sent multiple reminders the day before the appointment. But the next day, no one showed up for the appointment. I called them, and no one knows what's going on. They called back a hour later saying the person is out. This speaks volumes about how unprofessional and mismanaged this place is. Would not trust the work with them.

  They did a fine job on the roof (but we can’t see it) and a horrendous job on the siding. There were bubbles, none of the mitre cuts were clean, and lights were installed on a base that was smaller than the light. It was obviously a subcontracted crew, with whom we had difficulty communicating. There was no initial oversight by the PM that we spoke with via text and phone. There were caulk smears, scratches, and exposed nails everywhere. A five day job dragged out for months.

  I was assured that my roof/shingles were still under warranty when after 5 years my ceiling was showing obvious water damage & subsequent loss of plaster. This was dismissed after monthly calls for the past year & then blamed my chimney, which I had flashed & inspected years prior.

  Ms. Hart, Regrettably you are still having issues, but it is not from the most recent work that we performed. We did come to your home multiple times and even tested the ceiling areas with a moisture meter which came back with dry results. As a courtesy, we re-flashed your chimney under warranty. When the flashing was removed the mortar behind it was completely disintegrated and mulitple bricks could have been removed by hand. We carefully put new flashing around the chimney and recommended a mason to correct the masonry issues, which we sent pictures of. The chimney being done years prior to the roof being complete would indicate that maintenance is now due again on the chimney, especially after photo images were provided to you.

  Concerned. Had my roof replaced last year with them. Last night my master bathroom started raining through the vent. I called them for assistance. Another 2 to 4 inches of rain again today, advised her it was raining in my bathroom, and they cannot come out until tomorrow morning!!!??? Water stain on my ceiling is growing by the hour!!!

  Always my place for firewood and Mulch. Great service. Definitely recommend. The guys at Roof Right also did some repairs on my roof and replaced some damaged gutters. They were there when they said they would be. The work was just exceptional and their customer service is stellar. Kudos to the team! I couldn't ask for a better experience. Well, Roof Right was back at the house the other day and again today 8/20/2026 for more repairs. Install of a wider gutter and seal and repair a door. Again, great service and excellent workmanship. The entire process was smooth, done in a timely manner and I've got to say, these guys know their stuff. You couldn't ask for a nicer, more friendly staff. It's obvious that they really care about quality, service and exceeding their customer's expectations. Kudos again guys!

  After needing chimney repair, I wanted to make sure attic was okay. I called Roof Right for an inspection of the attic and insulation. The representative examined crawl space attic saying there was no water damage but recommended adding baffles for proper airflow as well as letting me know insulation was not up to current building codes. I chose to have the work done. Insulation installers worked steadily and left all in good order. Afterwards another representative came to take photos of work done reassuring me all was good. Every person I have dealt with at Roof Rite either by phone or in person has been professional and helpful. I have already recommended them to someone I know and they also have been pleased.

  Gabe and Chris from Roof Right repaired our roof which was damaged in a recent storm. Both of these guys were 5 Star people and did a wonderful job for us from customer service to the work itself. We had Gabe do a roof tune-up for us a while back so we were very happy to see him again, and Chris was also wonderful. We highly recommend Roof Right. And a shout out to Jason who showed up the same day we called to assess the damage and get the process going. He is also great.

  We were very pleased with the work performed by Cesar and Chris to repair the leak on the side of our house. I also discussed questions we had regarding possible ceiling damage and Cesar provided information and made it clear Roof Right would do whatever was needed to satisfy our concerns. His explanations resolved our concerns and we appreciated his willingness to make sure we were satisfied. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards.

  We have worked with Roof Right for many years and have been very satisfied with their services. They have worked on our homes, outbuildings, and a big barn over the years.   Brad, Derek, and Debbie are an amazing group and team to work with. They all helped me with getting my job done up against timelines in 100 degree heat. This Finksburg, MD roof replacement was not driven by a dramatic leak — it was driven by a long list of compounding problems. Rusted nails backing out of the deck, an outdated metal ridge vent, cracking pipe and chimney flashings, previous shingle repairs, and water damage to the plywood near the ridge inside the attic. Roof Right replaced the compromised decking, re-flashed the chimney and all penetrations, installed a Lomanco ridge vent system, and finished the project with Tamko Titan shingles in Rustic Cedar, closely matching the look of the original roof.
