Scam rip off. Took my money and disappeared. I had to threaten to take legal action before he gave me back my money. Worse of the worst. Dont recommend.

  Scam and a rip off

• 1 out of 5Lisa Belcastro8 years ago

This company is a scam. The roof install came with a 10 year warranty. They did horrible work! Weeks after the installation, the shingles started to come up. When I contacted them to come and check it out... he wouldn’t kept giving me the run-around. He started ignoring my phone calls. They never came back to fix the roof or honor their warranty. It was no surprise to me when my shingles were blown off in the recent wind storm. Now I’m stuck with a roof repair bill. DONT USE THIS COMPANY! They operate under multiple names across the Baltimore county area as a way to scam customers and get around previously posted bad reviews.

Ameriroofs has consistently been amazing to work with. We repaired our first roof from original owner, put on a new roof, and had them help with siding work. They are professional, responsive, timely, reliable, reasonable, and accommodating. Highly recommend!!

They came out the same day I called them and replaced the area of shingles that had been torn off by storms--promptly and courteously, no nonsense. I was thrilled!

Ameriroofs replaced my roof, added insulation to my attic, installed covered gutters/downspouts, and vented my bathroom exhaust fan through the roof. He was flexible and accommodated all of the additional work I requested as it progressed. Work was professionally done and much appreciated.

I had my roof done in the summer of 2022. Not only was the work excellent, using architectural shingles, but the service was excellent. I also had seamless gutters done and they even fixed rotting wood soffits in several places for no extra cost. I'm sure other companies do good work, but the estimates I received for this job were between 18,000 and 22,000. Ameriroofs charged me $11,000 and that included the roofing, the gutters and replacing 18 plywood sheets on the roof! If you need a roof in Baltimore, don't bother getting estimates anywhere else.
