  Love how they can litter the coast with their trashy yard signs but they don’t put any in front of their own building.

  We appreciate you sharing your opinion. Yes, we do use yard signs as part of our advertising, and we do so in compliance with local zoning guidelines. Like many small businesses, we advertise to provide for our families! We’re not out here asking for handouts, we’re actually out here working. We respect that not everyone will agree with every form of advertising but we’re proud to be a locally owned business that contributes and gives back to our community!

  Terrible on phone service, could barely get to being scheduled for an estimate before I hung up. Hire better people.

  I honestly can't say that I'm happy with the overall workmanship or professionalism of this company. We were quoted a one-day job which they honored. A decent size crew knocked out our roof in one day, but we are overall disappointed in their lack of follow through and clean up. Several of our shrubs around the house were damaged by the old shingles when they threw them off the roof, (to a point one of them in unrevivable), 2 of our window screens were completely ripped through by old debris, and both my husband and I had a nail in our tire within 48 hours of them leaving. We ran a magnet through our own yard and discovered at least another 50 roofing nails, most brand new. They also installed one of our home cameras upside down, so that's annoying. There was trash in our trees after they left the job site, and trash hanging off our roof. We were also surprised by a $1500 additional bill that no one called to verify before asking us to pay. Originally we were quoted no more than $500 for surprise fees, not $1500. I honestly cannot say I'd recommend using them.

We would like to address the issues you have by outlining each as follows: • Yes, we finished the job at dark and we acknowledge that there was some trash, nails, etc. that was left behind, however, we did come back to clean up and run our magnets again to ensure we picked up as many nails as possible. - Upon signing our contract, we emphasize to all our customers that we pick up as many nails as possible and that we can never get 100% of the nails up. With this being said, there were approximately 10,000/12,000 nails that came off the roof and with only 50 being picked up before we got back out to run our magnet again is a pretty low number. • We also acknowledged that you both got nails in your tires and we do apologize for the inconvenience that may have caused you. When we were informed about this happening, we asked that you send us your repair bill for us to reimburse you for the damages. • Upon signing our contract we explain the extra cost of the decking and we also emphasize that it is possible that there could potentially be more than what is “normal”. These are called unforeseen damages that we can not see until the roof decking is exposed and we are able to inspect the decking. With that being said, that’s the only “surprise” cost that’s ever included above the contract price, which you were aware of ahead of time. • As far as the screens being torn, this has never been brought to our attention until now, but we will gladly pay for that damage as well. • I’m also unaware of any camera being installed on the roof. I apologize that you had a bad experience with our company, but we have tried to make things right for you.

  Would have given 5 stars "but" the nail cleanup was ver-y inadequate. Husband has gathered almost 3 lbs in week since they completed.

We completely understand your concern, and this is certainly not the experience we want any of our customers to have. During our initial visit and again when a contract is signed, we explain that while our crews make every effort to thoroughly clean the property and roll the yard multiple times with large magnets, unfortunately, it is nearly impossible to guarantee that every single roofing nail will be recovered. Nails can become buried or hidden in high grass, loose dirt, landscaping, rocks, mulch, and other areas where even our magnets may not pick them up. That being said, 3 pounds of nails is absolutely something we would want the opportunity to address. We only wish you had given us a call as soon as you noticed the problem. We would have been more than happy to send someone back out at no charge to roll the property again with our magnets and make every effort to collect anything that may have been missed. We are Xtremely sorry this happened, and we truly appreciate your business and your feedback.   the roof after completion looks fantastic and they were quick in getting the work done. I only have 2 complaints, issues or concerns about the entire process. 1 - after all the work was complete they left a pile of branches on the curb and I thought they took this away as part of the cleanup. I now have to wait for the city to come and clean this up whenever they come around. for some reason I thought this would have been part of the cleanup from the job. 2 - this is the bigger concern that we had during the job. the first day of the job we left the house towards the end and were gone for a couple hours running errands. when we came back they were still working on the roof and as my wife and son went into the house they had to leave because they could smell gas through the house. I mentioned it to the job foreman and he didn't know anything about it so he asked the roofers and they said yes they broke the gas line but they turned off the gas and said they would fix it the next day. the smell of gas was concerning to us so we asked the foreman what should be done (this was at around 6:30pm)? should we call the fire department, gas company?? he said he would call the office and we decided to open the doors to the house to help it air out. after a few calls they said a repairman was on the way and the big boss (owner) was going to stop by. concerning that the workers kept proceeding since gas is lighter and I am watching sparks fly as they nail. #boom later that night the repairman came and everything got repaired. they didn't tell us when they were officially done, just everyone was gone. this I think was around 9pm at night so I am sure everyone was happy to call it a day. my biggest concern was that no one even told us and looking back I worry what would have happened had my wife or son had immediately flipped a light switch when entering the house? boom? I think the communication could have been better during the whole process of these events. if not for the

We also want to address the two concerns you mentioned and provide a little additional context. Regarding the tree limbs, as part of our roofing process, if we find limbs touching or rubbing against the roof, we will cut them back at no additional charge to the homeowner to help prevent damage to the new roof. Those limbs are placed neatly at the curb for normal yard-debris pickup. We typically do not haul tree debris with roofing debris because the materials are disposed of at different facilities. We apologize if this was not clearly communicated beforehand and caused any disappointment or inconvenience. Regarding the gas line, we completely understand why this situation was concerning. The gas line that was accidentally struck was located inside the attic and had been installed directly against the underside of the roof decking. Unfortunately, there is no way for our roofing crew to see a concealed gas line underneath the decking before beginning work in that area. As soon as the crew realized the line had been struck, the gas supply to the home was immediately shut off as a safety precaution. Decking was then removed so we could locate the damaged line and determine exactly what had happened. Our foreman contacted the office, and because it was later in the evening, we began working to get an emergency repair technician to the property as quickly as possible. Brandon, the owner of Xtreme Roofing, was contacted and immediately came to the jobsite. He remained there throughout the repair process until approximately 9:30 p.m. He also communicated with you regarding the situation and, after you mentioned another area where you thought there could potentially be an issue, additional decking was removed and that area was inspected as well to make sure there were no other problems.   Setting up an appointment for a quote was easy. Will was very professional and explained everything he saw when looking at my roof. I really like that they offer financing, because having enough money for roof when you really need one isn't always feasible. The price for materials was lower than I expected and with labor, decking, etc., it was in line with what I had budgeted for so that's wonderful. My original install date was supposed to be 23 July, but they called me on 2 July asking if it was fine to move it to the week of the 8th. Will had told me it would probably only take them 2 days to complete the entire project and when I got home from work on the 8th, I started to doubt that. But they were done by noon on the 9th. My roof looks great! I had a look in the attic and saw they had added some additional supports for the roof and replaced a few broken ones. Also, they added some roof venting and it felt a whole lot more cool while I was up there. I'm hoping that'll reduce my power bill a little bit, since the AC ducts won't be so hot. Overall, I'm very happy with the installation and would recommend them to anyone looking for a replacement.

  The salesman that came out to check my roof and give me an estimate was very nice . He told me about their product the Titan XT shingles and what they would do as far as installation. He gave me the best price out of five roofing companies and set up a date as to when they could the work. They came out the day he had set up and done a very good job. I am very pleased!!

  NEW: Tiny leak at a complex roof joint. Called Xtreme and they inspected it the same day. Rainy so they covered it and repaired it once rains stopped. No fuss and no bickering; they stand by their work exactly as they said when I got my initial estimate. Thanks Brandon, you run a great roofing company! Great work, great quality, nice folks. Even 3-years after install, still treat me as a valued customer with great service. No issues with the roof; just needed a copy of the invoice for insurance. Still as nice and helpful as could be.

  Removed / replaced roof and bad decking. Awesome job, awesome price, awesome service!!!! Can’t say enough good!! Thank y’all so much!! Update-5/30/26 Contacted Xtreme because of water leaking around chimney. Was not caused by roof / materials / installation. Instead of leaving me to troubleshoot and repair, Xtreme offered solid options and after choosing, completed the job to include another immaculate clean up. You can’t fake integrity….Xtreme has it!!! Thank you!!

  I will tell you the job was done above my expectations. They arrived on time got to work and never stopped until they completed the work. After completion they cleaned my yard and you could not even tell they had been at my house the entire day after they left.   Extreme just completed replacing my roof, including a new gable roof on my porch (was a flat roof before). Brandon (owner) and Desiree, and the entire crew was friendly, and provided outstanding workmanship. They really went the "extra mile" to make sure my roofing job was great. I would STRONGLY recommend them.
