  We recently had a roof installed by Roof Squad. Garroway Travers was the one that took care of everything. From beginning to end he was so kind, fast in response, answered any questions, and walked us through the entire process making everything super easy for us. Everything went seamlessly from the first phone call to completion of our roof. I was on vacation during my install but he kept in contact to let me know how things were going which I greatly appreciated. We had such a great experience with Garroway and will highly recommend him and Roof Squad to friends and family in the future! We love our new roof ♥️

  I can’t say enough good things about this roofing company! I originally thought I needed some repairs done, but instead of trying to sell me something I didn’t need, Garroway was completely honest and let me know that my roof didn’t need any repairs at all. That kind of honesty is hard to find these days! He even went above and beyond and swept my roof off for me while he was there. He absolutely did not have to do that, but it really showed how much the cares about their customers and the work they do. If you’re looking for a roofing company you can trust, I highly recommend giving them a call. Honest, helpful, and went above and beyond! ❤️

  Crew was quick, efficient, and cleaned up after the work was done. A few days after the roof was done, we experienced a huge rain storm and a part of our roof began leaking water into our house. When I called Garoway Travers, the Roof Squad rep, he and a crew member came out in the rain to do a temporary fix. Within two days, a crew was out to redo the leaking roof section at no additional cost.

  Garraway and his team on the golf port, Roof squad lived up to their promise of integrity. When we ran into a significant issue during the roofing with the structure, the team without hesitation, rebuilt, part of the roof and corrected our problem. Even afterwards when the job was completed, and there was a small leak on the chimney flashing area, they came assisted in the rain and made sure that it was fixed appropriately. they are a great group of men who, as I said, stand up to their promise..

  Roof Squad replaced my Roof and Fortified it to IBHS standards. They were professional and easy to work with from Inspection, Estimates and to the actual Installation. Everything was done in a timely manner and worry free. They worked with me on a special OC Strom Class 4 shingle with a unique shingle color (TEAK) and contrasting OC Hip/Ridge shingle color (Brownwood). It turned out great!!! Very professional. Excellent service. Quality Workmanship.

  Garraway Trevor‘s and his team did a wonderful job on my roof. They’re very polite hard-working and I was so pleased with the job when it was done.   After getting multiple quotes from different companies, Garroway Travers with roof squad was the most thorough, detailed, and considerate of all the companies that came to inspect our roof. The process was quick and easy. Garroway was easy to work with, and was extremely helpful with any questions I had. The warranty that came with the roof was great as well. I could not be happier with the work they did and would recommend them to anyone looking to get a new roof done or a roof repair.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After the severe wind and hail storm that hit the Mississippi Gulf Coast on June 8–10, 2025, I learned that my roof had sustained storm damage. Garroway Travers with Roof Squad came out and performed a thorough inspection, explained what he found, and answered every question I had throughout the process. What impressed me most was that there was never any pressure. Garroway took the time to walk me through the inspection findings and helped me understand the next steps. Roof Squad worked with me throughout the claim process and helped document the storm damage so I could provide the information my insurance company needed. I was recently approved by my insurance company for a full roof replacement and have already received the first payment installment. The new roof looks outstanding, and the workmanship and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. If you live in Diamondhead, Kiln, Bay St. Louis, Waveland, Gulfport, Long Beach, or anywhere along the Mississippi Gulf Coast, I highly recommend having your roof inspected after the June storm. Many signs of storm damage are not visible from the ground. Thank you to Garroway Travers and the entire Roof Squad team for their professionalism, communication, and quality work.
