I had my hail-damaged roof replaced, and the whole roofing process went very smoothly. Leonard was my representative, and he and the crew did an excellent job from start to finish. The new roof was installed quickly, and when the work was complete, the property was so clean it looked like no one had even been there. The workmanship and roofing materials were top quality, and you can tell the crew takes pride in doing solid, reliable work. Not long after the installation, we had a strong wind and rain storm, and the roof held up perfectly without a single leak. Leonard was easy to work with, very knowledgeable, honest, and patient throughout the project. He stayed responsive, answered all of my questions clearly, and made sure I felt confident about the roof replacement. The team really went the extra mile, and it was a pleasure working with such a dependable roofing crew.

The estimator was very helpful and shared clear information about the roofing work with no pressure. He answered my questions, stayed responsive to my concerns, and made the whole roof replacement process easy to understand. The crew arrived on time, was polite, and worked hard throughout the job. During the project, there were a few cleanup concerns around the garage and vent areas, but the team handled everything professionally and made it right right away. Angel was quick to respond, took care of the issue, and made sure the repair cost was credited back, which I really appreciated. They were easy to work with, respectful of the property, and committed to customer service. In the end, I feel like I received a quality roofing system that was installed properly and built to handle Westminster weather, including strong sun, wind, and seasonal storms. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I am happy with the finished roof and the way the team stood behind their work.
