One of their company vehicles hit my truck while it was parked and then drove off. Multiple witnesses saw this and tried to stop them but they got away. I went looking for their office and they don't even have one. I wouldn't trust them with my roof if they can't even take responsibility for a small crack and scratch to my truck. I want to believe they didn't notice but multiple people saw them and they rushed to get away.

Great experience with Jonathan Paredes. He was a huge help with our property claim. The insurance company initially refused to cover the wood in our roof, but he fought hard to get it approved. We're very grateful for his excellent customer service.

Jonathan Paredes helped us tremendously! We have State Farm and they were refusing to replace our entire roof and cover repainting the entire home after a hail storm in May of 25. Jonathan repeatedly met with State Farm to show several …

Manuel was very professional, flexible, and great communicator. The windows and new door look great. I got several quotes and he was the most reasonable price. Highly recommend.

They did an amazing job redoing my patio roof enclosure. Better than I expected and I would definitely refer him to friends and family as well as hire again, when I need to get my main roof redone.

Exteriors Now did a fabulous job repairing and replacing my gutters. Their teams work tirelessly, on hot days, in thunderstorms, and we polite efficient and cleaned up each day. I would hire them again (very reasonably priced) in a second.

Jonathan is someone you should call when your insurance isn’t trying to help you with your claim and just try to give you the most minimal. Had to escalate my case but was worth the 1 year wait thanks to Jonathan. His team did an amazing …

I have had Exteriors Now repair damages from wind and hail storms to my home multiple times over the years. I can’t say enough positive things about Manny and the quality work his company has done for me. Simply put, they show up when they say they will, do what they say they will, and perform quality work in all aspects of their repairs. Manny handled all the headaches that can arise with the insurance company to ensure as stress free of an experience as possible. Those attributes are hard to find in a business these days. Keep up the good work!
