As all of my correspondence with you, Margauerite, has been solely through email and most of our team’s correspondence related to the project was with your husband. There was no indication in our email correspondence to your dissatisfaction. I would like the chance to speak with you about your feelings of frustration and dissatisfaction of your experience throughout the insurance related repairs process. I left a voicemail and await your return phone call, in the meantime I would like to provide clarification on some of the issues you have cited in your review. First, I would like to apologize that your experience with us during the insurance repairs process has left you feeling frustrated. We will take your feedback on miscommunications and use that to improve our client experience. In regards to the ventilation located in the unconditioned garage space; due to the fact that there is no ridge located on the 1st floor of your home, installing ridge ventilation was not possible. Since the garage area is an unconditioned space, the ventilation needs of the conditioned house area did not change. Nonetheless, your husband expressed his concerns and we arranged for Kelly, director of operations and Tyler, our project coordinator, to come onsite to speak with you and your husband to come to a resolution addressing airflow in the garage area. Together it was agreed that soffit vents would be installed at the garage area. The installation of soffit venting was performed FREE OF CHARGE and unrelated to the upgraded roof ventilation system. I am sorry for the inconvenience caused by the follow up visit to have the free soffit work done. The sequence of tradework (gutter, paint, HVAC) is coordinated with days padded so that we can adjust scheduling for inclement weather and project delays. During the time of your project there was an instance of inclement weather, where we did not want to perform the soffit installation work in the rain. Thus this pushed the timeline of th

CIG and company were fantastic in reroofing my hail damaged roof (in a single day) and managing subs for siding, painting, garage door and some minor carpentry. Todd project managed the work and was very communicative and took care of all the insurance bits. I've worked with a number of roofers in the area and CIG is by far the best, can't say enough good stuff about them :)

We had most of the exterior of our house replaced due to hail damage. Roof, Windows. Stucco, Gutters etc. We were back and forth with our insurance company many times. If you need a company that stands behind their work and helps with the insurance claim, then CIG Construction is for you. We couldn't be happier with their work.

I just had my roof done with these people . They were so nice and walked me through the entire process. They were super respectful of my property and made my roof replacement a great experience. They original invoice was exactly what they billed me. I have referred them to my friends. Nice people.

they were on target time wise. They did the entire roof in one day including picking up all the roofing nails. 100% of what I asked, they did.

We worked with Kelly at CIG on roof damage from a wind storm. They performed the initial tarping of our roof very fast after the damage occurred. We eventually used CIG for our roof replacement and they did a great job at a very fair price. …
