  Their website says "Expect the Best!" but the truth is, you can "Expect to Overpay". They charge nearly double what other respectable roofing contractors in the area charge. Don't sign a high pressured over inflated contract without doing some research on roofing and shingles, get multiple estimates.

  I’m sorry you feel that way, Frank. Especially after we halted production to mobilize a crew within 24 hours to tarp your roof so you and your wife didn’t have to worry about any additional damage because of the upcoming rain. I wish you all the best.

  We highly recommend Woodland HomeWorks. We would give a 10 Star review if offered! Tim and his crew came highly recommended from a couple of friends, and they lived up to their review! From the start Tim came and gave us an estimate on our roof installation. Prices were very fair and Tim went over everything in detail. A time frame was set up that was convenient for us. They called us one week in advance and gave us details when the process would start. Aja, the office manager double checked with us on the time frame. The day of the installation, Nick, the project manager came with a very friendly crew. They covered up our shrubs and protected the perimeter of the house. Roof was completed in one day and the clean up was excellent! We were very pleased how efficient and well done everything went! We highly recommend Woodland HomeWorks!   The sales cycle was great. It felt like talking to someone from your neighborhood. They came out and reshingled the roof with no fuss and cleaned up after themselves as much as could be done in a foot of snow - they'll be back after it melts to finish cleanup. Our roof looks great now.
