  The roof was leaking after the job. Using illegal mexican labor. Should be investigated and shut down by FBI. Very rude people, and impossible to contact. Ignore you and trash talk you. They are scammers.

  We do not go outside our area as it would be to costly to do so. We have always been upfront to customers of our travel policy and very puzzled why someone would go to the extent to post a bad review?

  Shoddy work, very rude, impossible to get them to return a call once they have been paid. They will be the cheapest bid you get so if you want to take the chance go ahead but make sure you inspect every single aspect of the job before you pay them. And hopefully have a friend that is a lawyer ready just in case.

  I absolutely agree with the review below. Called up and explained to the receptionist that I wanted someone to come out to the house to take a look at the roof for an estimate. She was more than willing to send someone right over but when I said that I wanted to be there to meet with the roofer and go over some things, all of a sudden she couldn't come up with a day or time. Took my name and number and said that someone would be in touch with me. A week went by, I called back, went through the whole same song & dance again and never heard back from them. Bad business.

  Hubert and his team did a great job. Answered all my questions and showed me what was causing the problem with the old roof. New roof on in less than a day, with outstanding job of cleanup. Love the magnets on wheels to pick up any stray nails. My wife said, except for the new roof you’d never know they were here!

  We used Duval Roofing when we needed to reroof our home. We used them when they were recommended by a relative, who used them for their roof. Fast forward some 11 - 15 years and a storm comes through with strong winds and rips a few of the ridge vent singles off. I reach out to Duval Roofing late Friday afternoon. I received a response early Saturday morning, looking for pictures and age of the roof. I’m contacted on Monday saying they’ll try to send someone out Tuesday morning. As promised, Hubert arrived Tuesday morning and repaired the damage in no time with no issues. He even removed some of the older shingles and replaced them as not to just patch the spot. Hubert was friendly and respectful. And the cost of the job was fair. We’d definitely use Duval again.

  Duval Roofing just finished my roof yesterday. We just bought this rather large home recently and they did our last home as well so based on the awesome job they did for us before I didn't bother calling any other company. They crew foreman came in and discussed everything they were about to do in detail as this home has many angles and peaks. They also added additional roof vents at no charge explaining that it would add efficiency to the several ac handling units in the attics. Along with the contract Ken also sent me a color selection pallet to choose from and it looks awesome. I know for a fact that I made the right decision going with them again. When he sent me the quote I thought the quote was very reasonable. I own a local buisness and hear a lot of horror stories from my customers about having a new roof done and having leaks shortly after and all kinds of upcharges after the job started. I expected some possible rotted wood but they told me everything was fine. Do yourself a favor and call or email them. Get it done right the first time!

  Duval Roofing replaced my roof today and exceeded my expectations. Hubert and his crew, were on time, did a professional job and truly left me in awe. The crew consisted of kind, respectful and very polite men. They brought "service" to a whole new level and explained every step to me. They protected EVERYTHING on my property (and were extremely protective of my pet grave in the backyard). Their clean-up was incredible. They all smiled and worked very hard; this company is amazing! Hubert did a final walk around when the team had completed the job. I am so grateful. Job well done. A+
