I strongly recommend Universal Roofing Solutions. This family owned business is fantastic. They are professional, friendly, and very responsive. They completed the roofs on the garage and on my the house in Burlington, including any needed structural repairs. All the work was done with great care and professionalism, and was completed in one day. The team works together like a well oiled machine, and cleanup after the work was amazing. All nails and debris were carefully removed and my property was left spotless. I highly, highly recommend this company. I also need to mention that their estimate was very competitive and reasonable.

Great roofing company, very professional. I made appointment for roof estimate, I met the owner Igor, he provided a detailed quote. Igor is knowledgeable about roofs, well spoken, and looks honest. The permit was filed correctly and quickly. On the scheduled day, the roofing team was there and ready with all their tools, I like good work ethic and was pleased. His team is professional, respectful, hardworking, honest, they did a great job. My highest recommendation.

We needed a complete roof replacement involving several sections of shingles and rubber on our house in Somerville, and reached out to Universal Roofing for a quote. Igor was easy to communicate with, and available quickly to inspect the property and come up with an estimate with a few options for us to consider. Once we went ahead with the job, he showed up with a large and skilled crew who got the job done (including adding some skylights as well as refurbishing the roof deck) in two days. The most painful part of the process was waiting for the city to approve the building permit :) Thanks again Igor and crew.

We are glad the installation of the shingles, rubber sections, skylights met your expectations. We also appreciate your patience during the permit process. Thank you again for choosing Universal Roofing! It was a pleasure working on your Somerville home.🙏
