Don't even bother calling. Called on August 24. My info was taken and was told they were a week or so our. Called back 2 weeks later after not hearing aything and I was told they were still two weeks out.

José arrives early, and his crew cleans up when the job is completed. He charges about 30% to 60% less than most places. The first time I contracted him, some years ago, I had a couple of leaks right around joints. However, all in all, decent quality, as there was nothing major. My issue with Jose was that the promised “warranty” on the roof doesn’t exist, and a reluctance to include the square footage of the roof on the receipt. So, beware of this. Ask to see the warranty and where the shingles were purchased the day they arrive to do the job. More recently, a family member had me contract him for them. The roof was beautifully laid, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend purchasing the materials yourself, or if he purchases them, ask for receipts and the warranty BEFORE he starts. Request that he separate the materials from labor. As I said, he’s very reasonable, and the work is good. However, I’d go with someone else in the future.
