They were paid for work that they never did in excess of a thousand dollars.

  Reply from the business

This is definitely not true. We went through a whole bbb process with it. We did a full screw replacement on his workshop building and replaced the gutters on his house. Then he tried to say we were supposed to do a full screw replacement on his house as well which was never even discussed, wasn't on the invoice and I tried everything I could to explain things and make him happy. God bless you Mr. Wood. I'm sorry there was a misunderstanding but as I stated before a full screw replacement for your house would have been much more expensive than what you paid.

I cannot say enough nice things about Force Field Roofing and their employees. Force Field replaced our roof last week and repaired the interior damage from a leak to the previous roof. Both jobs were done beautifully and professionally. James, Holle, and their crew members made the whole process a pleasant experience.

Highly recommend Force Field Roofing. I suspected I had an issue with my roof vents, turned out to be a condensation issue. Joey looked at what was causing my concern inside the home before thoroughly inspecting the vents outside and the roof itself. Joey was punctual, so polite, thorough, and above all, honest! He explained everything after his inspection and left me with peace of mind. I will definitely call on Force Field Roofing for any roofing issues in the future. Thank you so very much!

Our Log Cabin had a metal roof over a shingle roof that had been put on incorrectly by prior owners! Force Field Roofing took off both old roofing materials and replaced with beautiful new shingles, skylights and replaced all the rotten wood. Oh and did I mention they had to correct part of my roof that was left incorrectly when the prior owners added the garage!!! I would give them 10 stars and highly recommend them….and I thank them for also putting up with my hundreds of questions 🎉🎉🎉 L Mattson Jasper GA

We had a complete new roof installed on October 29, 2025. We elected to have Force Field Roofing complete the installation for us after we had researched other roofers and received four quotes. We are very satisfied with the work completed and had positive experiences with all of the personnel who worked on the installation. We highly recommend Force Field Roofing.

Great job by Joey and crew to fix the leak in our metal roof! They knew what they were doing, were courteous, cleaned up everything perfectly, and gave us a fair price. Would definitely use again, but hoping I never have to!! Thanks, James and Joey!!!

The work that Force Field Roofing did on my roof repair was exceptional. I received a prompt response from the owner of James Copelend when I called. Explained what needed to be done and quoted me a fair price for the repair. The work was finished faster than I expected. Using Force Field Roofing in the future is something I will definitely do.

In addition to a competitive quote, James assessed my house and recommended gutters, downspouts, facia, and soffit repairs to address several other problems and negate the need for rodent exclusion work. The install crew was punctual, proficient, and professional. When I asked for a second sweep on the cleanup it was done quickly and cheerfully. The roof and gutters will last for as long as I own the house. Great work and a good experience.

When a hailstorm damaged this Ball Ground, GA home, our team stepped in to handle the full insurance-approved roof replacement from start to finish. We removed the old, storm-damaged shingles and hauled away over 5 tons of debris, then installed a brand-new laminated architectural shingle roof built to last. Upgrades included a continuous ridge vent for better attic airflow, high-profile ridge caps, new drip edge and valley metal, and fresh flashing around vent pipes to prevent future leaks. We also repaired the gable cornice return and furnace vent cap for a clean, finished look. With steep rooflines and multiple stories to navigate, our crew worked safely and efficiently to restore this home's roof and its curb appeal while managing every detail of the insurance claim process for the homeowner. If your Ball Ground area home has hail or storm damage, we're here to make your roof replacement stress-free from claim to completion.Aug 12, 2026
