Without a doubt the best choice I could have made going with Roof Defender. Communication was not only timely but every question I could have wanted to ask was already covered. Roof was done in 1 day along with repairs and I couldn't be happier. Will never need a roof again but you can bet they will be the people I call for the screw replacement in 20 years. And I will recommend them to everyone.

WOW!! I am so glad I called Roof Defender. We had a storm come through and take out our gutter and they sent Justin out the very next day. His customer service was the best I have experienced along with his promptness and communication. He looked everything over, communicated every detail and walked us through the entire process. We decided to let them install new gutters on the entire house with the leaf guard and they completed it in one day all while Justin continued to call/text to make sure everything was going as expected and to make sure we were happy with the process. His customer service was top notch and you just can not find that very often, even with the local businesses. Everyone was so nice and extremely thorough. The price was great. I actually thought it was going to be so much more. Justin came back out after the gutters were installed to make sure we were happy and to let us know if we ever needed anything in the future to just give them a call. First impressions last a lifetime and they now have new lifetime customers. Thank you, Roof Defender and thank you, Justin. I really do hope you get a raise because it would be very well deserved. Justin and his team with Roof Defender knocked it out of the park and we will definitely call them for any future needs. Thank You! Michelle LeCroy Customer for Life!

Hi Michelle Evans! 😊 Your experience truly brightened our spirits, and we're overjoyed that we could help when the storm hit. It's wonderful to hear Justin made everything smooth and reassuring for you. We’re always a call away for any future needs and can’t wait to assist you again! …

Summer heat can put extra stress on two critical roof defenses: metal flashing and roofing sealants. As temperatures rise and fall, metal flashing expands and contracts. Over time, this movement can cause sealants to dry out, crack, or pull away: creating small gaps where water can enter. Well-maintained flashing and seals are especially important around roof edges, valleys, chimneys, vents, and skylights. A seasonal inspection can identify aging sealants, loose flashing, and vulnerable areas before they lead to costly leaks. If your home or business is in Dalton, Chattanooga, Soddy Daisy, Dunlap, or Cartersville, schedule a professional seasonal inspection with Roof Defender, LLC. We’ll help keep your roof protected through the summer heat and beyond.3 days ago
