I called them to look at some damage on my roof from a storm. He come look at it but didn't have a ladder. He said he was going to go get a ladder and come back but the was the last I heard from him. I tried calling the next day for an update and hwouldn't take my call or return voice-mails. If you aren't capable of doing the work at least have the decency to let me know!

A great experience. Professional, helpful, and top-notch service. Tyler and Danner helped through the entire process, ensuring that I was informed at every step of the insurance claim process. I was impressed by how they went to bat for me with my insurance. Everything was smooth and easy! The roofing crew was awesome - my roof looks fantastic. They were quick, but also thorough and high quality. The painting crew fixed everything on the interior - worked quickly and professionally. The repairs and repainting were exceptional. I wholeheartedly endorse and recommend White Oaks!

White Oaks replaced our roof, which we were extremely satisfied with, but I have to knock some stars off due to the fact that we tried to hire them (and they said they would do) to do a porch roof for us but they didn't show up to the appointed time to go over the job and won't answer our calls or texts. So, yes they're great for a full roof job, but anything smaller and it's a waste of their time.
