  Came out to look at a needed roof repair, stated he would send an estimate, and then never got back to me (despite multiple phone calls and emails). If you read through the reviews, you will see that I am not the first customer to have this experience with this business.

  I’ve attempted to contact them 4 times in a 2 week period with NO follow up. Since my first attempt to get someone to come look at our roof leak, the problem has gotten worse. Will not use.

  I recently called Premier roofing to do an inspection on a house that I had an offer on. They performed the inspection and stated they would do the work to repair the roof once we moved in and they would waive the inspection fee that we initially paid once the work is done. Well i have sent 2 emails and made 2 phone calls that have not been returned to proceed with the work. It has been 3 months and still nothing. I am not one to complain, as I know I am doing that now, but it has been frustrating.

  Over a few years Shane has come out to clean my roof. I can't tell you how many times I've had him patch or replace shingles. Finally, I took his advice and had the roof replaced. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. The crew was so very nice, cleaned up every day. Hard workers for sure. The about post is from a total house roof replacement a year ago. Today the guys came back again to take down a coopela from my garden house. I know I can always count on Shane to go above and beyond. They showed up early, and finished in record time. The best thing to me is they are so friendly, courteous and enjoy what they do. True Artists in their craft.

  Shane and the guys did a wonderful job with our remodel, new roof that all the neighbors keep asking about, they took out a walk to open up the family room and matched the cased opening with an existing fireplace mantel! They were timely, efficient and best of all cleaned up after the job so we could move in on time, highly recommend!

  White oaks construction formerly Premier Roofing has went head over heels to help my family get our roof repaired. Karri, Tyler, Cody, Shane, Aiden,Jim and the roofing crew. All of this people went to bat for us. It was a battle with our insurance company because of all the requirements needed to get this project taken care of. Karri was an advocate for us speaking on our behalf even when the insurance company would not call us on the phone and only wanted to message Us through their APP. Aiden took the ball and got it rolling giving us 3 different estimates so we could see the cost of this project. Tyler one of the owners shows up with the crew of 6-8 men and one woman at 7 am. Jim shows up with the dump trailer and they go to work. I cannot recall everyone’s name that was on our roof but nothing was going to stop them. They finished our roof in 8 hours. That’s everything cleaned up and all yard furniture put back in place. My wife and I can’t say enough of how the team at White Oaks construction handled everything with loyalty and integrity even with an issue that occurred. They did everything according to what was asked of them. If you are looking to have your roof repaired or replaced. Please give White Oaks Construction a call. A Christian based company through and through. May God Bless You and keep you all the days of your life WHITE OAKS CONSTRUCTION. If we could give this company a 10 stars we would.   Really incredible to work with -- I can't recommend them highly enough. I was terrified to deal with a new roof, as a new homeowner, but Shane walked me through the process, helped me with insurance, and was super helpful all the time. The final job is impeccable.

  Premier Roofing was fantastic and replaced a ~20’ section of rotten wood and soffit in less than half of a day. The crew cleaned the worksite thoroughly and documented the work with photos. Great communication before and after. Highly recommend!!

  We had Shane come out last year and do an inspection on our roof and we were blown away by his professionalism and honesty. He provided us multiple options from repairing to full replacement. During our decision process he stayed close, answered questions but was never “pushy.” He is a true consultant and when we decided to do a full replacement his team was amazing! They finished in less than 2 days and the quality of work was outstanding! He earned our trust and respect, so when something else came up last week there was no hesitation in calling him.   Dependable, knowledgeable, and efficient. Shane saw that my insurance company's claim's adjuster's estimate was incomplete. He advocated with him and the claim reflected ALL needed repairs. Work was completed quickly, and crew cleaned up everything!!! A big shout out to Kari (office manager), too!

  We don’t live locally but a neighbor told us we had some roof damage after strong winds. Our home was on the market to sell, so getting the roof fixed quickly was important. Shane handled everything, and a great-looking roof was on within a week. Very professional and does great quality work. Highly recommend!
