  Yes you did. You ordered White White and picked the sample from the board. We bend all custom material based on what it requested by the customer and we not tolerate rude demands to our staff. We wish you well as you take your business elsewhere!

  I cannot urge you strongly enough to NOT deal with Westwood Metals. In dealing with numerous tradespeople and trades suppliers, I have never encountered any person or business that is so horrible to deal with. Here is a short list of the realities I experienced purchasing metal siding from them: - I was very sarcastically told how important their customers are while begrudgingly filling my order - I was shorted material then having to persue and persue them to remedy their error - I was given non-itemized invoices, and one time when they finally sent an itemized invoice they realized they overcharged me but offered no apology as if this is a typical occurence - after spending more than $5000 on materials, I was told they could not supply with me with the last few pieces required to finish my job - they are almost never available on the phone (the person who sometimes answers the phone cannot do anything to assist with orders, answer questions about products or solve problems with orders) My sense is that the only reason Westwood is still in business is because they don't have many competitors in Nanaimo so they can get away with their attitude and service. I highly suggest avoiding them at all costs and buying from the Slegg roofing department instead (pretty much the only other choice in Nanaimo). You will get the same products at a very slightly higher cost, but trust me the small increase in price is well worth the numerous hassles and headaches of dealing with Westwood.

  A huge rave to Westwood Metals, Ltd!!! They went above and beyond with our new roof replacement and installation! They were courteous, clean, efficient, and speedy! Not to mention extremely polite too! The snow guard was an added touch!!! Fabulous company! Owner, Luke and the crew: Dax, Bruce, Edward, Zemui and Roman were beyond professional! Was nice to see the sight safety manager Wayne, making sure protocols were followed as well. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace their roof. Metal roof is the way to go!

  Westwood Metals redid my roof in 20” wide standing seam metal after tearing off the shingle roof. They did an amazing job in all aspects. The quality was top notch and I loved how they even lined up the seams on the chimney. The crew was respectful, efficient and cleaned up very well. I highly recommend

  We went with Westwood Metals for our new roof. The sheet metal workers that installed our beautiful roof were amazing they came everyday with positive energy worked professionally, the best of the best! If your looking for a metal roof this is the place! Thank you Thank you Westwood Metals!
