Very unprofessional company. They charged unfairly, the roof continued to leak, and they refused to take responsibility. Communication was poor and their attitude was terrible. I strongly do not recommend them

Your name isn’t in our system as well as this is the first and only review under this account, which I find suspicious. We value our customers and would love to solve any issue you are having if in fact, you are one of our customers

Carrol missed our appointments twice. No showed the first time then the second time after confirming time and day he still did not come. After calling him he blew us off like it was our fault. He was boasting how great the company was when they can’t even show up to do an inspection and estimate. I would not recommend very unprofessional.

Greg was easy to deal with. While replacing the roof they found that my skylight had been leaking and was moldy. They replaced the skylight and all the moldy wood for only $200.

Wow, thank you to Pacific Sierra for making a daunting task so much easier than I thought it was going to be. I had to help my aunt refurbish her whole house, and the roof was far from the most complicated part, which was not what I was …

An elderly family member of mine lives in Nanaimo and doesn’t speak English very well, so I had to find a roofing company on their behalf after they discovered water damage. After reading a lot of reviews, I decided to go with this company, and I’m really glad I did. I was handling everything from across the country, so I was a little nervous at first, but they made the whole process so much easier than I expected. Communication was great, they kept me updated, answered my questions, and made sure my family member was taken care of. The work was done efficiently, and I never felt like I needed to fly out just to make sure everything was being handled properly. That peace of mind meant a lot. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable roofing company. They made a stressful situation much easier, and I’m very grateful for their help.

From initial sales call (cold call!) with Carol to Greg's involvement [from the sale to final inspection and after touch ups] it has been a great process. Under promised and over delivered. I had 2 other companies come and take …

The finished result is excellent. The guys did a good job of cleaning up the work site at the end of each day, and the price was by far the most reasonable of all the estimates we got. Very satisfied!

Exceptional Service from Start to Finish! We had been kicking around the idea of getting our roof done and already had a few quotes when Pacific Sierra Roofing came by (they were signed on to do our neighbor's house). From the very first interaction, they went above and beyond. Instead of just guessing at an estimate, they actually scoured our roof and climbed into the attic to ensure they gave an incredibly accurate quote with different options depending on what was important to us. To top it off, their pricing came in lower than the competitors for a much better overall package. They gave us a timeline for when they expected to start, and they were spot on. Once the crew arrived, they knocked out the entire job in just 3 days. A huge shoutout specifically to Barry. Right from the beginning, he was fantastic, going through the attic, offering honest opinions and an accurate assessment, and keeping up great communication while the team was onsite. He truly went above and beyond by taking care of some unrelated issues that were discovered during the roofing job. He easily could have just referred us to another trade, but instead, he came by after the job was completely done just to help us out and take care of it himself. This is a great local company. I recommend to anyone looking to get their roof done to check them out.

I got Carroll's contact for Pacific Sierra roofing. he came down and did a full evaluation of the roof, and Barry came out and completed the repairs. they did a great job (on time, fast and efficient). they also helped us as much as they could throughout the process. we highly recommend them.
