Jordan was so awesome!! He walked Mimi and I thru the process and what to expect. When we had questions and concerns about our project, he either spoke with me on the phone or actually came by the house and spoke directly to Mimi. It was really a difficult process going thru all the paperwork from the insurance company and having to find my own roofer. When Jordan arrived at the house, he said you don't need to worry about the paperwork, I'll handle it for the 2 of you. Jordan is a Christian man who lives by ethics, righteousness, truth and honesty. Anyone who needs a roof repair or a total roof replacement, I would DEFINITELY consider Jordan and Western Roofing company 😀

Lindsay, Thank you for taking the time to write this detailed review. It was a little nerve racking trying to steer you in the right direction and Im so glad it all came together and your roof was done very well. Good job to y'all for asking the right questions and finding a great crew. Have a wonderful year; enjoy your dream home and the process of finishing everything out! Regards, Jordan Davis

Mr. Clacy, Thank you for taking the time to write this review. Also thank you for choosing Western for your new roof and your patience through the imperfect process. The color you chose looks great on your house. Teak with the Deco Ridge! It was good catching up the other day and talking about your background in the trades. Also glad we got that HVAC stack sealed up. Have a great year and lets stay in touch. Regards, Jordan Davis

Not only was their workmanship excellent, but their communication keeping me posted on their process and when they would show up was greatly appreciated...unlike many contractors. I referred them to my daughter who experienced the same above and beyond service as I did!

Sarah, So glad the deal went through. I know how stressful and overwhelming those home reports can be. So glad you reached out to us and we could talk through the minor issues. Close up pictures on those reports really make a mountain out of a mole hill. Enjoy the new house and remind Troy to get some zinc strips on those areas that had moss that should help get another 10-20 years out of the roof. Thank you for the review it means the world. Best Regards, Jordan and the Western Team
