  Can't trust employees who turn across a busy road (despite no vehicles behind me) forcing me to slam on my brakes avoid colliding with their trailer. If this is how they drive, imagine the quality and level of care they have for their work. Avoid at all costs, especially when you encounter them on the road.

  Do not hire New Heights Roofing! They sent me their canned text message request to complete a review for them as a previous customer - they should probably be more selective as to who they ask to give them reviews if they’re looking for positive feedback. I hired them to do a tear off, re-sheet, and new roof on my 110 year old home. I ended up paying them about $1200 more than quoted because they found that a small portion of my roof had an additional roof on it that needed to be torn off. Several months after my new roof was completed the aluminum flashing around my roof started falling off. The soffit also started dropping, leaving a nice gap for the birds to move into and lay eggs and raise their babies. When I crawled up into my attic to do a further inspection, I discovered that half of the nails they used to tack down the sheeting didn’t even hit the trusses in my roof and went straight through the plywood and attached to nothing. I took photos of all of the issues with my roof and forwarded them to Will at New Heights. He was quick to respond but very slow to come out and look at my roof. In fact, he and the owner, who was the most offputting person I had to deal with, referred several of their contractor friends to take a look at my falling soffit, but none of them ever came out. When my frustration grew to the level of threatening to contact an attorney, Will came out with another contractor that they had a relationship with. I was told that the real issue was that I had an old house, and that there was no way that anything that New Heights had done had anything to do with what was going on with my roof, even though I had no issues with my soffit until after New Heights had been there. I asked for a quote from the contractor they brought out and never heard back from him. Maybe because my job was too much of a pain or not worth his time. Or maybe because he only came out to help his friends at New Heights, and convince me that the work they did had nothing

  Be aware that they don't guarantee repairs. They charged me $450 and the original leak is back. The bid they gave me to replace my roof was ludicrous. I would not recommend them

  Had some concerns whether my last roofing company did a proper install. I went over the concerns with Rustin Burr. He checked everything out, explained why I had a problem with my patio cover and said the home roofing installed looked great. I was so relieved! Great guy, took time needed, and at no charge. If I need a new roof in later years, I will definitely call this company for a bid. Great job on customer service Rustin, so appreciated.

  Regarding New Heights Roofing and specifically Rustin Burr who works with them. My dad had spent what little he already had to cover $900 to have an appraisal done to find out about how well we qualify to refinance with a government-related loan. There was a few renovations regarding that which would need to be completed to pass and we had a three month window to get those done. I had then paid out-of-pocket to complete those tasks with the help of my wife and our children. While technically we got it all done in time...about half way or so into that three month window...we had that windstorm on March 12th this year which damaged the roof enough that we would need to have it repaired in order to qualify with passing the appraisal as well. There was evidently no way that was going to happen in time. We were already weighed down by the heaviness of these things and about how important it was to get these things completed. After filing a claim with our insurance...we received some money to cover the costs aside from a $2,000 deductible on the horizon we were facing. I made a handful of appointments to have free inspections done with a few different roofing companies. One of which told me about they would get back to me with an estimate and I never heard from them again. When it came time to see about doing business with New Heights; Rustin came and did not shy away from asking the less than comfortable questions which he had every right to ask. He evidently wanted to know about who else was seeing about taking on the work...if insurance was involved...ect. I am, to say the least... admittedly not very trusting of people and picky about what company I keep; and regarding a matter where I am handling money which was given to me to lawfully be used in a very specific way...I do not take these things very lightly. Rustin did not back down and he so evidently made it his business to work on our behalf that our insurance would help and cover to the extent like they shou

  The guys came out quickly to provide an estimate. Great price on the full tear off and install on the new roof. Installers completed the job quickly. Update 6/13/26 Had them come out to new house to repair some roof issues. They came out bid job and scheduled quickly. Still had some issues and they came back out the same day I notified them.
