  When our roof was done by Wagner thought they did great until we started having issues. We have been trying for months to get leaks fixed. All I keep hearing is they will be there and nobody shows up to fix it. Now I have damage on the inside of the house and Wagner is not even trying to make an attempt to fix our leak!

  I've been trying to reach Wegner Roofing for the last few days to discuss a repair (3-yr old roof they installed had shingles blow off....). Now that they only use AI receptionist, I can't talk to a person when I call.

  If I could give a zero I would. Poor customer service and job done poorly. Called several times with concerns and would get response via text telling me I am wrong . They put the frost side down and stuck it to the gutter guards so now we can’t clean the gutters . The salesman said this is normal and asked why we would be cleaning gutters anyway with gutter guards. Debris still gets in there and they aren’t made to last a lifetime. So the only way to get them off is to remove the shingles. This is “normal” Apparently. They do not come and see what we are talking about , just argue that they are right. They are very attentive when they want your business to get a sale, after that they do not care. Have tried to reach a manager multiple times just to have the salesman call Back . Do not go here ! Worst mistake ever !

  Hi. We have spoken with you multiple times on this. We showed you the pictures and the manufacture specs that everything was installed correctly. And we also took care of this directly with the actual owner of the house multiple times. He seemed to understand and agree that things are done correctly. Hopefully you would reconsider this review and change it or remove it for a small local business like ours. Than you.

  I amended this review—previously from five stars down to two. The initial experience was great. Jake was very professional in evaluating our roof for a hail claim and then was a great advocate for us dealing with the insurance company to make sure every part of our damage was covered. He was super responsive to all of our questions and let us know what to expect along every step of the way. The problems began when our gutter service was delayed for six months due to winter conditions—no big deal. But, when they were installed in May, 2023, the subcontractor Wegner hired missed a gutter run that was supposed to be covered by insurance. Apparently, there was a misunderstanding that insurance had not approved all gutters to be replaced. Still no big deal. Miscommunications happen. Now we sit here over a month later and not only are things not being finished, it has been radio silence for a month with no updates. The company representative assigned to our project has not responded, and recent attempts to contact the company directly have gone unanswered.

  Unfortunately, 226 people viewed my initial review and 5 star rating. I'm very disappointed. 5 months after my roof was done, this NOT local company began to ask my insurance provider for an additional 20+% beyond what was agreed upon. Things are clearly slow in the winter months, so some clown in Montana is as greedy as the rest and began asking for additional compensation for itemized work that they didn't even do. This company puts on a good show and will beg you for a good Google rating, but they are just like every other storm chaser. I'm embarrassed to say that I referred this company to multiple people. That won't happen again.

  Hi Chad, thanks for the review. We are sorry that your view in the insurance process has changed. Unfortunately, the insurance companies don’t EVER pay enough for the work to be completed and their supplement process is very standard. That is why we explain the insurance process in full detail to let all of our clients know that they pay claims in portions and the final portions are the supplemented items, which they missed, and are most often code compliant items that homeowners need and expect. The great thing is what we do, and have done for many years, is work with homeowners and insurance companies to make sure they take care of you, the homeowner, and pay for what is owed and what all those premiums went to. It would be terrible if the homeowner had to pay all of the premiums and more out of pocket for their repairs. Please reach out to us if you have any more questions. Thank you. -Shaun

  Roof was completed on time, and gutters have been delayed over two months. They will not provide an accurate timeline, as whenever I question when the gutters will be completed they tell me it will be done within the week. I would prefer honesty over false promises. would not recommend as it has been a huge waste of time.

  Geo and his guys were rolling through our town looking to help with roof repairs and giving estimates. My job was quite small and wasn't a money-maker for Wegner Roofing. However, within 10 minutes he had it completed and cleaned up. They were incredibly professional and caring. I couldn't have been more impressed!

  I wanted to share a follow up review because the amazing service from Geo and Tyler didn't stop when the job ended.Now that all the work is done, they reached out again just to check in. They wanted to make sure everything was completed perfectly and to see if I needed anything else. These guys truly care about their customers.   We worked with Nick Laddusaw in Sioux Falls to do a roof inspection, and he was great to work with through the entire process. He was able to come out very quickly and was thorough and professional. Would recommend him for anyone's roofing needs.

  Nick came out to take pictures of the roof of our 12 condos so he could check for damage from a storm. Immediately I knew Nick would be so easy to work with and I loved his energy! So professional and a great personality! Also...talk about thorough!! Each picture had the damage circled and Nick explained the amount of hail damage and granule loss etc. We received our estimate so quickly and it was so easy to communicate with Nick! I 100% recommend calling Nick at Wegner Roofing and Solar for any roofing issues!

  We had a great experience with this company for our siding project. The craftsmanship was top-notch, and their communication was outstanding. Austin, in particular, went above and beyond from start to finish. He stayed in regular contact with us, making sure we were happy every step of the way. Even after the project was completed, Austin personally inspected the work and had the crew come back out to touch up some areas of the paint that we weren’t satisfied with. They worked hard to get the job done quickly and with great attention to detail. Highly recommend!
