  Came out to do an inspection/quote. Told me they’d reach out the next day with the quote but I never heard back from them so I waited a few days then reached out myself and they told me they’d work on it that day and reach back out but they never did.

  As soon as they heard insurance wouldn’t cover my roof they ghosted me. Could have had a future customer that paid out of pocket, but they’re highly unprofessional and don’t care about future business.

  Don’t do what they claim don’t stand behind their work.

  Chris, The manufacturer defect on your shingles that caused them to not seal properly was equally as disappointing to us as it was to you. Our manufacturer representative inspected your roof and agreed that it was not an installation issue; rather a manufacturer defect with the sealant on the shingles. Every time there were issues with the shingles, we promptly showed up (11/14/21, 12/1/21, 12/16/21, 3/2/22, 4/8/22, 4/15/22 and 4/25/22) to ensure your roof was water-tight and temporarily repaired until we could get a full approval from the manufacturer for the replacement. We promptly and gladly came out on all of these occasions even though we had not received a single cent of the $14,000.00 of the $21,492.35 that was due upon material being delivered last fall per the terms of our contract with you. By mid-June the manufacturer had not yet approved the replacement claim. We thought the right thing to do was to replace your roof with no guaranteed reimbursement from the manufacturer as we were already midway through summer. We still have not been reimbursed by the manufacturer, so we absorbed that cost to maintain our commitment to standing behind our work. We apologize that roughly 13' of the gutters we installed last fall were cosmetically damaged during re-roofing your 4,932 sq ft roof. We agreed to replace them and have scheduled that area to be replaced at no cost to you. Please let us know what more we could do to stand behind our work because in our opinion, re-roofing a $21,492.35 roof out of our pocketbook that was not due to installation issue seems like the epitome of standing behind one's work.

  Yesterday 06/23/2020, they did the roof at Paramount estates in Aberdeen. I had been home all day do the Covid-19 and still teleworking. I went to leave at 6:00 PM and the exit ramp to the buildings underground parking was covered in roofing nails and roofing debris. I went out and found the site Superior and informed him of the situation which he found funny. I don't know the standards the hire there people at but from the impression I got for him the have few. If this was my company I wouldn't want him as a liability. Noticing that they didn't install a debris catch over the active road way shows a total disregard for job site they are working. I would not recommend them for any commercial work as they seem to be geared more towards the residential mentality.

  Horrible customer service. Horrible business practices. Sent a bill out of the blue 2 years after service. We sent payment in March. They "lost" it until just now. They cashed it and then notified me they found it.

  Had a small leak in the roof but wasn’t sure where it was coming from. Will came out and spotted a couple areas and siliconed them free of charge. Appreciate it ❤️

  Will looked at our roof and told us that the leak was likely from the chimney and to call an HVAC guy first because our roof is in pretty good shape. Another company we called tried to tell us we need to fix the whole roof.

  We reached out about possible roof damage. Scott came out the same day to take a look at it. Ultimately tuned out to be in good condition - just needed a minor repair and they helped us take care of that!! Scott provided excellent service and was very knowledgable and honest! 100% reccomend Premier for everyone!

  We were very satisfied; we were in a pinch and had to get our roof done before we moved. Will scheduled us in a very timely manner which we were so appreciative of. And there was a chance of rain the next day that our roof was being done, Will made sure that extra crew members came to get our roof completed.

  We called premier systems to come out and take a look at our roof after living in our home for 8 months. Scott came out and found some ridge gaps that needed to be replaced. They scheduled the repair a few days later, Nick was sent out to replace the ridge caps and they did a fantastic job! Our roof looks good as new!

  Incredible service. When I first reached out requesting information, Will was on top of things. He was responsive to my messages throughout waiting out the weather to get my roof done. When the day arrived, they guys began work promptly and had my entire roof replaced and cleaned up in less than 5 hours. The entire neighborhood had stopped by to comment and ask about this company. I do not write reviews but this company is very well deserving of the recognition. The pricing was low compared to other estimates I received. I could not recommend this company more.

  Great experience with this roofer. Nick responded quickly, showed up right away, and fixed our issue by installing kick-out flashing and sealing everything properly. Super kind guy and the quality of work was excellent—highly recommend.
