  After a hailstorm, Lightning replaced the shingles on our 5,000-sq-ft home. While the work was completed quickly, the quality and follow-through were disappointing. Nails and debris were left throughout our yard, which we had to clean up ourselves to protect our children and pets. After the first rainfall, we discovered a leak near the fireplace that caused water damage through the attic and onto our floor. Lightning attempted multiple repairs, but the leak returned and communication became difficult, with repeated delays and excuses. After we relocated and sold the home, the new owners experienced the same leak almost immediately. Despite repeated assurances, Lightning delayed repairs until the homeowners considered hiring their own contractor. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this company. Speed does not make up for poor workmanship, cleanup, and lack of accountability.

  Got the roof done but never came back to replace gutters. Complained and was told his "Guy" would come back to re-measure for materials. Never saw or heard from them again.

  I had some siding repairs that I needed done. Someone came to my house a couple times and said they just needed to order in the siding and it could be done. Gave me an estimate of about 2 weeks for it to be done. I left multiple voices …

  I contacted Matt directly after getting his information from a reputable source, after making 2 appointments with him to look at our home he was a no call and no show both times, this took time away from my business as well in order to meet with him, at minimum a simple text or call to say you cant make it would be considerate.

  I am delighted to share my experience with Matt Davis and his team. Their work on our house was nothing short of exceptional. From the siding and trim to the fascia, soffits, and gutters, every detail was meticulously handled.

  Matt and his crew did an amazing job on my new siding and roof. His communication was always prompt and I know firsthand that can be an issue in this business. I have recommended him to several neighbors and friends and could not be happier with the way the job turned out. Definitely would recommend his expertise!

  We had Hardie Board siding and seamless gutters installed in May of 2023. I really can't say enough about the great experience we had with Matt and his crew. The workmanship is top notch, but the thing that impressed me most was their customer service. Matt (the head guy) was over at our house every day, sometimes more than once a day to check on the crew's progress and make sure any questions/concerns were handled. It's refreshing to deal with a company who very obviously cares about the quality of work they complete and their customer's satisfaction. While I hope to not require their services again any time soon for damage repair, Lightning Exteriors is who I will be calling. Highly recommend!

  Very happy with the work Connor King and his team did. Connor was present when the insurance adjuster was on site, work was scheduled within a week and completed on time. Connors team did a good job cleaning up. Definitely recommend Connor with Lightning Exteriors.

  Joe Streicher handled my claim with State Farm and the roof replacement and I couldn't me more satisfied. He told me in the beginning of the process that he would take care of me and he was true to his word. There were several times that he had to negotiate with the insurance company to get everything covered and he was completely successful. He was pleasant and concerned about my needs. I am a happy customer!
