  The worst service I’ve EVER had. Took over two months of site visits and texts and correspondence for them to “politely decline to quote” my project. What a joke of a company. Receptionist was great and polite and responsive. The other people and “team” failed.

  Read Full Review I wanted to hire this roofing company, because their work is fantastic. Brandon came out to my house and gave me an estimate that seemed reasonable at the time. I wasn't approved for a full roof, he gave me a cash estimate. The only problem, he did not give me a deal. My neighbor down the street, received the same price with insurance. When I was approved for a full roof. I was told the price would increase, because insurance was paying for a full roof replacement. I've done some calling around and the price should be the same unless material cost increase. Really wanted to use this company. The brazenness of Brandon led me to believe. We would not be a good match. Addition 2024 Brandon had absolutely nothing to do with me receiving a full roof replacement. I received a full replacement, because I spent hours on the phone with my insurance adjuster not Brandon. It wasn't until the adjuster made me aware. The shingles on my roof were no longer made. I collected the shingles and mailed the samples in not Brandon.

  Brandon worked extremely hard to ensure that your insurance company covered full replacement, which is what was needed, instead of a partial repair. Thanks to his hard work you are getting a full replacement. Your price increased because the scope of work increased and your home is a different size and than your neighbors. We're sorry that we were not a good match for you.

  Definitely less than stellar. They "forgot" to do part of the work until it was discovered it wasn't done. Of course, I had received an invoice for the full amount. They did allow it to not be paid until the job was indeed completed, so there is that. However, then I received an overdue notice for the invoice. No credit card payment option.

  Find better drivers of your vehicles. I was almost side swiped by one of your trucks and watched them to continue to drive recklessly. Not a good look for your business.

  Did a horrible job of cleaning up nails and other debris after work was done. Called company to inform them I had got nails in 2 of my tires and they said the foreman would take of it. Look out my window saw them picking nails up from the road, put them in their truck and drove off.

  Mr. Yucel: you are not even our customer. We did work for the seller of your house over a year ago, and we did exactly what was in the scope of our quote, and more. It was a very small and inexpensive repair that the sellers paid for. When we did extra work at your request and you were still unhappy, we cancelled your bill. I'm sorry that you feel you have to accuse us of lying instead of considering there could have been some misunderstanding. If you look through our other reviews you'll see that we are professional and easy to work with. Nearly anyone else who has had some misunderstanding with us in the past has been able to resolve it quickly by simple communication. Instead, you and your partner thought it was necessary to both leave nasty reviews for service you didn't even pay for. We go far out of our way to take care of people, but we can't help you if you just want to be angry.

  I used Weddle & Sons Roofing to repair my roof after wind damage during a storm this summer; they also inspected my roof two years ago when I thought I might have damage from another storm (but they found I didn't through an inspection, for which they provided a detailed report). My realtor recommended them, and I've been pleased with the service they have provided. Every time I have called their office, someone has answered and provided me with the information about fixing my problem. Because of the amount of wind damage around town for this storm, my house went on a waiting list since I didn't need an immediate repair, and the person on the phone gave me a good estimate of how long it would take to have someone look at my roof. When they were able to come to my house, they told me exactly when they would come, and they came on time. They were able to complete the repair while I was away on vacation, and they sent the bill both electronically and via mail so I could pay quickly. I plan on continuing to use them in the future for my roofing needs.

  Fantastic service and a very fair price. I had gotten a quote from another company with very good reviews and accepted the quote but couldn’t get any response as to when they would be out to fix the roof. Called Weddle and sons and Michael came right out, sent me a quote, and the work was done within a couple weeks. Highly recommend!

  We had hail damage and called Weddels. Michael was fast and thorough in his evaluation of the damage, and was invaluable in working with the insurance company. The roofing crew were fast and very professional. I highly recommend Weddels.
