I have reached out to Butler Roofing multiple times over the past 4-5 weeks trying to get an estimate to replace my roof. They have a receptionist answering service who takes your name and number and says someone will call back, but it never happens. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of customer service on the front end, especially when everyone I know keeps recommending them! Especially since they are locally owned and have ties to our community here in Wamego. I’m not sure if this is a receptionist issue or what, because I can’t even speak to anyone besides Jada and nothing happens.

Very bad communications. Could not get callbacks for work. Four phone messages, an two emails received zero response. Taking my business elsewhere.

After hail storm Butler Roofing replaced our roof with Designer Malarkey Black Oak shingles. They were on time and finished in one day. The crew cleaned up after themselves and was reasonably priced. Bruce was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this company. This is my second house they have replaced shingles on.

Outstanding service from start to finish! Work was started just a few days after first contact. His crew arrived early and finished our full roof replacement in one day. They kept the job site clean and used magnets to clear any stray nails. The new roof looks great, and there was communication throughout the process. Highly recommend!

Along with a new roof, I also had new guttering and leaf guards put on. The experience was great. The crew was very professional and kind. The roof was done one day and the guttering the next. I was a little concerned about the cleanup since I run a daycare, but the cleanup was amazing. You couldn't even tell they had been here. Definitely recommend Butler Roofing.

Butler Roofing did a fantastic job on our 120 year old house. Built in 1905 our home has character and we wanted to preserve the classic look. It's also 3 stories tall and has a very high pitch. His crew did a phenomenal job and were very professional! Plus he's local and a very hands on business owner which is something we really appreciated as there were a few challenges with our unique project. Butler Roofing also coordinated the install of our new rain gutters and and leaf guards. We couldn't be happier 5/5 stars!

Butler Roofing did an outstanding job on our roof. Bruce was great to work with during the entire process. He went over his bid and the insurance information with us in detail. He left us samples to be able to see what it would look like …

My new roof was professionally installed in one day, and you couldn’t even tell the crew was here when they finished. They cleaned up both the front and back yard and took away all their trash, which I really appreciated. Working with a local independent contractor was an added plus.
