  After a major hailstorm caused significant damage throughout the area, my home required a full roof replacement, full gutter replacement, multiple window repairs/replacements, and siding replacement. Eaton Roofing and Exteriors was highly recommended by my insurance company, which initially gave me confidence in reaching out. A representative, Tanner Hedden, came to inspect the property. The inspection lasted about 10 minutes, no photos were taken, and I was simply told to contact them once the insurance adjuster's inspection was complete. I requested two estimates: one for restoring the home to its pre-loss condition, and a second quote that included upgrading all siding and replacing the remaining windows. During a phone conversation with Tanner on April 27, I was told the estimates would be ready in approximately two weeks. Two weeks came and went with no communication. I called on May 15 and left a voicemail with no response. I called again on May 22 and May 28, also with no response. Between those attempts, I contacted the office twice and was told by the receptionist that the quote was "being worked on" and that Tanner would reach out to me. He never did. I understand that storm events create a surge in demand and can cause delays. However, completely ghosting a customer for over a month after promising a quote is unacceptable. If the company was too busy to take on the project, a simple phone call or email would have been professional and appreciated. Instead, I wasted valuable time waiting on a quote that never arrived. Based on my experience, communication and follow-through were severely lacking. I cannot recommend Eaton Roofing and Exteriors to homeowners looking for timely responses or reliable customer service.

  Very professional. Their guys came in, did their work in a timely manner, cleaned up and left. Few days later someone from Eaton came out and inspected the work and did a walk around and picked up what was missed. Very happy with their work. this is the second time we have used them.

  They did such a great job from the estimate to helping me with the insurance part to doing the roof and then following up afterwards. And there clean up from when they finish the roof is amazing!! I highly recommend for anyone that needs a new roof.

  Sales rep. was never pushy, provided a itemized quote showing just what I was getting, workmen were friendly they showed great workmanship in job at hand. They removed the old and installed the new in 1 day (aprox. 31sq ) on a split-level home. With ground tarps around the house there was no mess in flower bed or in the grass, in the end the area around was checked with a magnetic tool and pick up any missed nails. Larry D. Salina, Ks.
