Webber Roofing and Construction

Great upfront salesmanship especially insuring the money is available; however, the installation crew worked in a downpour which is highly suspect. A projected 1-day install took 3 days. Additionally, I made clear there was an antenna (not a satellite dish) that needed removing and reinstalling...no problem says the sales guy. They left the antenna in the yard and told the manager they reinstalled it. Lie #1. Then hours later they install it and claim to have placed exactly as it was. Lie #2. It's not working because it wasn't installed properly. This is ongoing so I can adjust my rating but it's telling that every little detail needs addressing. For most of us this is a once in a lifetime experience so it's hard to know how to manage it. I have requested a third party to inspect the work before releasing final payment. At this point, I do not recommend this company.

Webber took the time to plan every aspect of the job in advance. We felt confident before the job started that we were in good hands. Throughout the process, they kept us in the loop on progress and monitored the install closely. We are working with them on a related job and have complete confidence that it will have the same great results.
