  I called the number on a Friday leaving word on the answering machine that I needed roof repair. Left my name, #, and address. Not hearing back I called back Tuesday and was told they would be in Gatlinburg the following day but to text them if not hearing from them by noon. Did so and never got a response of any type.

  Richard, please understand plans change as the week goes by and we are a “Mom and Pop Shop.” We are currently running a year long waiting list. I apologize for any inconvenience we might had caused, we get over 100 calls and texts a day. A one star review for simply not answering a text message and/or voicemail is pretty harsh.   Don’t waste your time, they are a no show. I Called for something simple and they said “I’ll be out after 3 tomorrow”. Around 4:30 the next day I called to check and see around when they’d be there. Clay said “they were getting on the exit at 407 and they would be there shortly”. They never showed after that.

  I called, gave them my address and they never showed or called me back to give me an estimate! Why are local contractors too good to service local residents any longer? We are the ones who LIVE here! You get your LIFELONG business from us, but instead you go after big money from touron cabin investors! I guess I am going to have to call someone from out of town to come fix my roof!!! Very sad!! Will never recommend this company!

  CD Hayes Our apologies, please understand that by us not responding to new phone calls that means we are working our hardest for our current clients. We are booked out for months in advance and we receive just about a hundred calls a day between our two phones. We do not subcontract, meaning that either one of us two owners are on each and every job. For a “Mom & Pop” business we are at our max that we can handle on answering phone calls, along with working the current roof we are on that day.   After a scheduled appointment he never showed and then several days later got a phone call from his secretary informed me they were sick two weeks later got another phone call saying they were better and they would do my work told him to come straight away as of today I still have never showed up good luck getting him to come to your job

  This company and owner is a joke! after taking him to court many years ago over a job he never finished, the judge in Sevier county awarded me the judgment! He has still never paid 1 dime of the judgment!

  These boys go above and beyond the call of duty!!! They do an amazing job. We had a leak and within a day it was not only fixed but fixed, cleaned up and done with compassion and a very good price. Couldn’t be more grateful.
