  Had them out to quote me on a roof replacement. Salesman didn't even look at my roof and quoted me a price several thousand over all the other roofing companies that I spoke to. Never met a more pompous arrogant sales person in all my life. Don't waste your time and money on this company.

  Pinnacle will charge you for service that they never did. They put a 10k lean on my house because I canceled on with them putting windows in. After 2 months of not hearing from them, I called to cancel because I hadn't heard anything from them. The owner called me screaming at me saying I will still pay. They're not professional at all! They didn't do any work to my house what so ever, they lied saying they did!

  They quoted my mother $45k on a roof. $45k was supposedly a discounted price as the "MSRP" they listed on their quote was over $60k. I was present for the estimate. The guy used a drone to view the roof, so it was never properly inspected. At the end of the quote we told him we were going to get other estimates. He then asked "what price do I have to be at to make you feel you don't need other estimates?" Why would you not just give the actual price instead of beating around the bush and wasting people's time? In contrast, the roofer we hired encouraged us to get other estimates and make sure we were comparing apples to apples. The roof ended up costing us $26k a full $20k less than Pinnacle. And used the same materials...ice shield in the valleys, drip edge, ridge-vent, GAF HDZ dimensional shingles. Material cost was about $11k which means pinnacle was going to make a full $35k before paying their subs on a roof they said they could complete in 2 days. That's highway robbery.

  They repeatedly called me using different phone numbers and locations. I had texted the number that was used to contact me to begin with and gave them a better number to call. They refused and kept contacting me. Very unprofessional! I don't recommend this type of business practice no matter the type of service they provide.

  Guy in Red Ford Pick-up, wrapped with Pinnacle Home Improvement, was driving irradically, cussing & flipping people off. This is unacceptable behavior!!! I am currently in the market for home improvements and renovations; but if you treat someone like this just driving down the road, you are not the person I want to hire. Cutting people off in traffic and cussing them out is NOT professional behavior!! I hope other potential customers will see this review and not hire you either.

  I entered my name in a raffle at a fair which was obviously my mistake because this company has been spamming me with calls ever since. They call me 2-3 times daily and always from different phone numbers so I can't even block them. When I finally answered the phone today, I explained that I talked with them at the fair and was not interested in having work done at this time. The lady who answered gave a long, exasperated sigh which surprised me so I jokingly asked if that was okay with her. She very rudely responded, "I guess it's going to have to be!" I told her she was incredibly rude and that I wouldn't ever use them. These are all serious red flags. I wouldn't ever do business with a company that acts this way.

  I have had my windows for a few years now and realized I never posted a review. They have held up great, especially compared to the couple champion windows I have (do not use them for anything). On top of that the initial install went super smooth, they were cheaper than other expensive windows companies (though they are more expensive than generic windows from like Lowe's, but also better quality). Lastly, I have yet to need it because their windows are good quality but the warranty is better than anywhere else I looked. Will be giving them first dibs on when I need new siding for sure.

  We had to have 3 large windows replaced and are very pleased with them. They look amazing and we added shutters too. They added a lot to the exterior look of our home. The people we met and spoke with were all professional and helpful. I highly recommend this company.
