  In June they came & took measurements said would give a bid. I have yet to receive one. I guess they are not interested in doing a residential garage.

  Phyllis, my apologies that you have not received your proposal for your new roof on your garage. While we try to make sure that everyone is taken care of in a timely manner, sometimes emails go to a spam folder or for whatever reason, they do not make it to our valued clients. With that being said, I do not want you to wait for another four months before having the chance to rectify the situation.   Edd, I am very sorry that you feel that the price that you agreed to was the exact same as what was actually billed. We had two persons on the project for four hours plus travel time plus materials. Typically, when someone asks for a quote, agrees to the amount on the quote for the services rendered and the work is done, you don't get to renegotiate the proposal. We performed the work over five months ago and have not received remittance. We have reached out to you numerous times with no response so, I am going to ask you again, please contact me directly so that we can make sure you are happy with our service. We take great pride in all of our happy customers and would like you to be one of them.

  If I could give less than one star I would. For 4 weeks Weathertight roofing has wasted my time. After one week of waiting for an appointment to be scheduled, I called in and was told the person I gave my information to had been fired and they would expedite someone to come out right away. Another week went by and via phone calls, more lip service. On Monday, a new employee met with my insurance agent. Tuesday, I received a confirmation phone call the work would be done Friday (yesterday). Weathertight roofing not only did not show up, they didn’t contact me, reply to my texts or phone call. They’re website states everything they are not. Honest (really?), free estimate (the employee complained I had received over $500 of his time, no work had been done, just estimate). Winter is here, I’ll have little luck in finding someone available to repair the damage before it is damaged further. Reputable companies do not play these games.

  After an extreme wind event which effected our roof, Tyson from Weathertight Roofing was quick to come out to patch the roof and work with us on the installation of a new one. Tyson was professional, knowledgeable, and an excellent communicator. We appreciated his attention and concern to our issue.

  We submitted for a quote late on Friday and they made it out on Monday to fix our wind damaged shingles. Tyson was 10 minutes early and had the roof fixed in 20 minutes! Super friendly and excellent work done. Will definitely be using them in the future!

  I had a roof leak at the worst possible time of year (January). I called Weathertight Roofing and Tyson showed up the next day with several options and a quote for me before he left my property. Tyson explained explained the process in detail and made me feel comfortable and confident I had the right company. Tyson had his team working on my roof in less than a week! They were professional, and answered any questions we had. Our new roof was finished in three days and we couldn’t be happier! I had two roofing companies inspect my roof and give me bids before I was referred to Weathertight Roofing. I will definitely be referring Weathertight and Tyson to my family and friends.

  Tyson and his team did a great job on my parent’s roof! They were quick to respond with quotes and offered a variety of roofing. My parents live in a high wind area so the roof they picked out will help withstand that! The guys took 3 days. It was quick and efficient. Thanks Tyson!

  I don’t think there are words to express my gratitude to Shane, Tyson and their crew. I’m a small business owner here in the valley that specializes in remodels, patio covers, built ins etc. I recently had some super unfortunate things happen to me, and my business, while in the middle of a large patio cover addition for a client. The situation that happened was a massive hit to my business and put me in a bind that I’ve never been in before. For anyone who owns a small business, and something major happens, you know what I’m talking about. A couple days prior to this unexpected incident, I put a post on FB out looking for a roofing crew to help me on this project… Shane reached out and we set up a time to come get it handled. The early morning we were set up to meet is when the situation happened to me. Shane, Tyson and the crew showed up and I had to explain to them what I was going through, and I’d unfortunately have to cancel. Without a second thought, they basically told me “we got your back”. They got a crew together, regardless of my issues, and got the job done for me immediately. The amount of stress that took off my shoulders is something I cannot express. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and did an incredible job. They got me out of a really tough spot. These are the types of people who make me love the construction world. We are all there to make money and provide a service, but what they did was beyond that. I will never call another roofing company again and they will be the only guys I use for any of my roofing needs. Whether it be business, referrals, personal, family etc. they earned my business for life. I can’t say thank you enough and these are the types of people who deserve all the work in the world. If I could give 100 stars, I would. Some may say the act is not that big for a response like this, but if yall knew the details you’d understand why I am so thankful for their business.
