  If you’re going to hire people to go door to door, maybe start by teaching them how to read a “No Soliciting” sign. Ours is right by the door, yet your solicitor still rang the bell while our little one was going down for bed — then acknowledged the sign after we answered. Glad to know reading comprehension isn’t a job requirement.

  We had all of our windows and doors replaced. It took them 5 TIMES to get one of the windows correct. Almost a year later we finally got it close enough to call it good. I have reached out multiple times over the past year for a warranty issue on the windows and screen door and have yet to hear back. Look elsewhere for window and door replacement!

  Hi Jim. First and foremost, we’d love to resolve this with you. We’ve reached out via email at your request and are awaiting your response. 1. We do apologize for the paint confusion and should have sent you a written explanation at the time of discovery. Your home already had Super Paint on it and we had a verbal conversation with you that using Emerald would result in a slightly different color because of the product variations. We’re happy to refund you the difference in pricing. 2. We did pull permits, and your house was inspected by the City of Boise and passed inspection. These documents were added to the email we’ve sent you. 3. We appreciate your feedback on Eric’s performance and will re-train as well as review our procedures to avoid this in the future. 4. Our billing practices are clearly written on every contract. It’s stated that final payment is due upon completion of each project and that after 5 days a late fee may be applied. We didn’t apply a late fee to your invoice until well after the 5 day grace period and have since removed it from your bill completely. Again, we want to resolve your issues. Please respond back to the email we sent so we can work this out.

  Treasure valley exteriors helped us to choose windows and a new front door that fit our home and budget. Jamie called every week to update us on our windows and after they were installed she called to make sure everything was okay. We would recommend them to anyone that wants new windows and doors. 10/17/24 We have contacted Treasure Valley several times about our broken window. They told us they would contact the manufacturer, but did not. They gave us the information to turn in the claim ourselves, but it was to the wrong warranty claims service. It has been 4 months of run around with this company to get our window fixed. Before this it took them 2 years to fix our window that was installed with a broken lock. When we had our roof replaced by this company we were told they would install skylights only to tell us a week before install that they don't install skylights. We have talked ti the owner about several of the problems we have had only to be treated like we are the problem and not the customer service we have received. Treasure Valley Exteriors was great when we bought our windows, but their customer service has changed in the last year and a half so much that we will never use them again.

  My neighbor had his siding replaced by Treasure Valley Exteriors. I am in the market for the same work, so I went over to see the finished product. I also checked out their website, where they tout the quality of their materials and craftsmanship. To say the quality of the Treasure Valley Exteriors work is subpar is an understatement. I've seen Middle School Shop Classes put out better craftsmanship than what I saw on my neighbor's house. Cuts that were not even, huge gaps in products on the front of the house which were visible from the street (Stevie Wonder could have seen the gaps), nails driven through interior walls, not to mention the damage to his property from overzealous caulking (how do you coat a Ring front door camera that has been removed from the house with caulk?). While the work crew was at the residence they were loud -it sounded like a party when they were on site (I thought they brought a band with them initially). They also showed a complete disregard for the neighbors and their property. The next door neighbor had to pick up garbage to include discarded construction materials from their front yard left by the Treasure Valley Exteriors crew. I had some flooring work being completed at my residence while the Treasure Valley Exteriors crew was on site. My contractor had to ask them to move their vehicle, due to it being parked blocking access to his trailer so he could work on my house. Not to mention they parked their trailer and vehicles completely blocking access to the other neighbors on the cul de sac. The most disheartening aspect to this, is that my neighbors are good people who worked hard to save up the funds to have the work done by Treasure Valley Exteriors. To have them come in at the highest bid (with a timeline that wasn't even close) and do such shoddy work is a real travesty. It just goes to show that you don't always get what you pay for, at least with Treasure Valley Exteriors. *****UPDATE***** Treasure Valley Exteriors resp

  Jessica, Your complaint is valid. At that time we were really feeling the brunt of the Covid 19 shutdowns. As you know your material was very difficult to get due to manufacturing delays. We struggled with staffing due to the pandemic and illness. We agree your project took to long to complete and a very sorry for that. We are happy to hear that you like the finish product. The overwhelming 99% majority of our reviews are 5 STAR AAA+ Best TVE Totally understood. Again we are sorry we did not meet your expectations...we can't stand that. You are correct on our communication suffering at that time. We were all trying to keep our heads up and do our best during what most people remember were VERY challenging times...it was all around us. Hopefully you can understand. In the end your work was installed by the foremost expert steel sider in the valley and it looks fantastic....and yes the process could have gone better. good luck! TVE

  The service was top notch from the time I called and scheduled an appointment to the installation. Communication was great and I was regularly updated. They worked around my schedule for everything. The storm door I ordered is beautiful and the workmanship is superb.

  Absolutely excellent service. I received multiple bids that were two or three times more expensive for my stucco repair project. Treasure Valley Exterior came in at an excellent and fair price and guaranteed the stucco for life. Even though they couldn’t guarantee a color match due to sun fading, they promised to do their best and they nailed it. Extremely satisfied with their work. Including both before and after photos for comparison

  After the recent heavy rain, we discovered a leak in our roof. We called Treasure Valley Exteriors as they had replaced our roof on our previous house. The response time was very quick. Eric found the issue, patched and sealed it and inspected the rest of the roof. We were impressed not only by the quick response time, but the level of customer service which was superb.
