Day 1. They removed the old shake roofing. Here for approx. 4 hours. They left behind rolls of the roofing underlayment. (None were used on the now unsheathed roof). Within the next couple of weeks it rained, soaking tv's unpacked boxes of my husband's mancave collectables, electronics, furniture, ceiling fans etc. Several times they would say they would be back on such a day and wouldn't show up without a call. They did finish the roof. New gutters were part of the job. They put a downspout directly above an outdoor electric receptacle! They did come back but did a terrible job moving the downspout. They pulled it next to the outlet, added a section to lengthen it and now it drains onto the wood decking. They didn't add a curved piece so now it looks like garbage! It is now so low that we are unable to put a gutter tray under it to get the water off the wood deck that is all of 24" wide in that area. The gutters also leak at every place they attached 2 gutters together.

Nathan, was very honest with me. I appreciate his truthfulness. I have been looking for a company to tell me the truth about my roof. Nathan was very up front. Thank you Nathan your parents taught you well.

After 4-5 quotes from other companies, none of them came close to Waterproof's pricing. I have solar panels and the company they hired to restall the panel after roofing was completed also help me get my solars working again as half of the wiring was off/damaged. They also help me find a finance option. I highly recommend Waterproof Roofing!

I recently found out that my roof was 32 years old and decided to be proactive and have it inspected. My neighbor had had an extremely good experience with Waterproof Roofing Co. and recommended them to me. I told Nathan that I just wanted an inspection at this time and he cheerfully agreed to come out and do an inspection at no charge. He was prompt, courteous, and extremely personable and professional. He climbed up onto the roof and did a thorough inspection. I was extremely impressed with him and his honesty. Instead of saying that I needed some repairs, or even a new roof, he told me that my roof was good for at least another 5 to 10 years. He really made my day!! If I ever do need a new roof or some repairs on this one I will definitely be calling Nathan at Waterproof Roofing Company.

I had a huge problem, I didn’t know what to do, I contacted Sal (Waterproof), same day he came to my house and seen the problem and gave me in great detail that he can fix and make the roof look amazing. I didn’t bother shopping for quotes, I did call him a few times while the job was being done concerning about certain fixtures, he assured me not to worry that they are going to make everything look good and everything will be fixed the proper and professional way. After that was history. My home got an amazing roof, fascia repair with painting, gutters! No mess left behind!! Best work I’ve ever seen. All his staff were professional and respectful to my family and home!! Highly recommend, I promise Waterproof won’t disappoint!!! Thank you again Sal and the whole Waterproof staff!!!

I've hired many roofers over 50 years in the business. Many come, many go. Most roofers seem to prefer owners and agents less informed than someone who knows what he wants. I received bids within a range of $9,000. Waterproof wasn't the …

They communicated, offered me options and did the little things to make us feel confident & secure doing a big re roof like this. We spent over 60,000 on this project and we were informed everything step of the way. I couldn’t be more thrilled. They’ll be doing our next house end of summer! Thanks Nate & Sal! -Eugene

Your roof protects everything you own, but after years of exposure to Fresno heat and occasional storms, aging shingles crack and water starts finding its way through worn layers. You might notice missing granules in the gutters, dark streaks on the ceiling, or shingles lifting along the edges. Waterproof Roofing INC removes your old roof completely and installs a new system designed to handle the intense sun and temperature swings common across Fresno and the Central Valley. A full tear-off removes all existing materials down to the decking, which allows the crew to inspect the structure and replace any damaged wood before installing underlayment and your choice of shingle, tile, or energy-efficient roofing material. You receive a clear timeline before work begins, transparent material options that fit your budget, and a finished roof that increases your property value while keeping water out for decades. The new surface also improves curb appeal and reduces the risk of interior damage from future leaks. Schedule a residential roof replacement consultation in Fresno to review your material options and receive a detailed estimate.Jun 18, 2026
