I had a terrible experience with this company. They were extremely unprofessional and did not show up to our confirmed appointment on multiple occasions without any explanation or warning. Their customer service was also very poor and unresponsive. I tried reaching out to them several times to reschedule, but they never returned my calls or emails. This lack of communication and reliability made me lose trust in their ability to do the job. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and professional service. 0- STARS

First technician they sent out identified the issue but was not very upfront about repairs or cost, did not send the invoice with quote brake down. We called the office they sent out a second technician. He provided pictures of everything before and after the work was done. Walked us through the repairs needed. If we ever need them again we will just ask for Isaac from the start. Would have been 5 stars if we had not had the issues with the original technician.

No problem with Eric. Had home warranty that initially declined the repair charge. We paid on our own and appealed. Warranty …

This company is by far the BEST! Not only is the company ran by husband Orlando and his wife April, but they are very invested in community development and engagement. They host many family oriented events and their service is top tier.

Chris was extremely professional and caring. Was very prompt in responding to text messages. He took time to explain the items in the Quote and dropped off a few samples of the roof material. Nice job Chris. Borgens Construction did a great job in replacing my roof material. They added installation of a kitchen hood and bathroom exhaust fan work as complimentary items for this order. Thanks Borgens
