CJM Roofing

The only one or two-star review we hold for CJM Roofing.

I waited 3 weeks for an estimate for my roof, but never got one. If you can’t do the job, just communicate with me so I can find someone else.

Adam, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. You had contacted our company for a quote to repair your roof but unfortunately due to the condition of the roof and the fact that there had already been multiple repairs to the roof, throwing another patch job on the roof would not be the right thing to do. The whole roof needed to be replaced. I did reach out to let you know that as a smaller company, whenever we have a larger commercial roof in this condition, estimates will take a bit longer to complete. The reason for this is that we use a physical estimator as well as an aerial system that generates a report and we combine the two. Those reports take some time to get back when it comes to a commercial property like yours. We pride ourselves on our customer service within our field so I am very sorry we let you down. I hope everything has been taken care of. Madison McQuay

CJM Roofing is the roofing company you want to replace your roof! They did an amazing job and my roof, fascia and gutters look fantastic. They helped work through some of the snags (honestly couldn't have done it without them) and were responsive, punctual and communicative every step of the way. The crew was so respectful and cleaned up every day. 100% recommend CJM! You won't find anyone better and they have set the bar high for roofers!

I called CJM roofing after looking through the reviews on line. I have to agree that they are a great company to work with from the initial free inspection to the completion of the work. Colton is professional, easy to talk with, and answered all of my questions. He suggested two different ways to make the roof repair and ultimately did them both as an extra measure to ensure no future issues would arise. He did that while charging me for just one. That was totally unexpected and appreciated. He treats his employees with respect and you can tell that they love working for him. They in turn take pride in their work and pay attention to details. They left the work site completely clean when done. If you are looking for an honest roofing company that truly cares then these are your guys. Thanks Madison and Colton!

The owner, Colten, called me within minutes of me scheduling a consultation with the office. He arrived on time and quoted me a fair price to repair 2 broken tiles. He showed up the next day on time and swapped out the two tiles for FREE! I insisted on paying him but he wouldn’t take my money, he said the tile repair took several minutes and he likes to pay it forward. I will definitely be calling them again if I need any additional roof repairs

CjM Roofing was a pleasure to deal with from go. Colton was very friendly, came by quickly to assess my needs. Very personable, thorough and once we pushed the go button was here got the job done and cleaned up and gone. Let me just say that I’m incredibly grateful for the great experience!! I have to add, that the gal behind all of this is Madison and she is a gift! We will be doing some roof maintenance later in the year and they will be our first call. Thankful for a company that gives great customer service.
