Very good contractor to work with. Chris Simms was amazing and made this whole thing really easy on me. Responsive, great communication, timely, and fair. There really is nothing to complain about with these guys. They did a roof claim replacement, which also included re-staining the fences, replacing all the window screens, fixing Hardie board siding in a handful of spots, and replacing and adding gutters around the whole house. Highly recommend them.

Top notch contractor. Watchdog repaired our roof and a complete replacement of all of our siding soffit fascia & gutters. Ken was our main point of contact and was very communicative. He answered all of my questions and had suggestions that never felt pushy, only informative. True professional. The crews work showed craftsmanship on each phase of the project. My favorite part of is how they cleaned up after each site visit. There was never even a nail left behind and I checked! These guys have my recommendation and I'll be calling them back next time.

We called Ken with Watch Dog Roofing to assist us with his expertise in regard to tile roofs on two of our homes. We had new siding installed wherein our rakes, flat and hip tiles needed to be removed and then replaced post the siding project. Long story short, the siding company hired a roofing company that didn’t have the expertise for tile roofs and we were at a stand still in completing the overall project that has been ongoing for several months. Ken came out ahead of time and reviewed our roof and then was gracious to come back a second time to meet with the siding contractor, roofer and us to educate and provide appropriate solutions to the roofing company so we can finally wrap this project up. Ken did this without asking us for any compensation for his time and expertise. We will call Ken for our future roofing needs as well as happily share his contact information with others. Ken is top notch!

Working with Ken and his team has been an absolute pleasure! We originally contacted him during a rainstorm because a roof leak was damaging our interior ceiling. Ken didn't hesitate, he came out in the middle of the rain to inspect the issue and put a temporary patch in place. Because raccoons had severely damaged our roof, we ultimately hired Ken’s team for a full replacement. They were incredibly speedy, completing the entire project in just three days! The final result looks amazing, and we’ve already received so many compliments from our neighbors on how great it looks! They even painted our fence after our insurance approved the coverage. Ken was highly communicative, transparent, and easy to reach throughout the entire process. If I ever have roofing needs in the future, Ken and his team will be my very first call. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience working with Watchdog Roofing & Restoration. We were under contract to sell our home when an inspection raised concerns about the roof. The team came out, did a thorough inspection, and identified installation issues that weren’t obvious at first glance. They took the time to document everything clearly and explain what was going on in a way we could actually understand. Their report ended up being a huge help! We were able to take it back to the builder and they agreed to address the issues. What really stood out was their honesty and willingness to help. There was no pressure, just straightforward information and guidance when we needed it most. If you’re looking for a roofing company you can trust to give you a straight answer, I highly recommend these guys!

We had a piece of our roof come off. It is hard to find someone that will come out for a small piece. Ken was awesome he came out did inspect our roof and was able to quickly repair without charging me an outrageous price. We will definitely use him in the future and recommend him to anyone looking for roof repairs.

Watchdog Roofing did a great job replacing shingles and covering holes after I had removed an old TV dish. They matched the shingles and completed the work in a timely manner and were very reasonably priced. Will use them again for all of my roofing needs.

These guys are outstanding. They installed my roof and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The workmanship was top-notch, the crew was professional, and everything was done exactly when they said it would be. What really impressed me was their integrity after the job was already finished. Some damage happened to a small section of the roof that wasn’t their fault at all, and they still came out and fixed it for free. That kind of service and accountability is rare. If you want a company that does high-quality work and truly stands behind it, I can’t recommend them enough. Great people, great service, and a roof done right.

I can’t say enough good things about Watchdog Roofing. From start to finish, they were outstanding. Our claim was initially denied, and without their deep, in-depth knowledge of how insurance claims actually work, the roof replacement would never have been approved. Watchdog handled the entire appeal process soup to nuts navigating the insurance company’s inner workings, pushing back where needed, and staying on top of every detail until the claim was ultimately approved. The quality of the work itself was excellent. The installation was done right, and they took the time to advise and educate me on the type of shingles I needed, helping me understand the differences and make an informed decision rather than just pushing a product. Their communication throughout the process was excellent. I always knew where things stood, what the next steps were, and what was needed from me (which was very little). They were professional, on time, and consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. Most importantly, they operate with a high level of integrity. I always felt they had my best interests in mind and were advocating for me every step of the way. I would highly recommend Watchdog Roofing to anyone; especially if you’re dealing with an insurance claim and want a team that truly knows how to get results.

Danny, thank you so much for sharing this. It truly means a lot. We know how stressful a denied claim can be, and we’re really glad we could step in, take the pressure off your shoulders, and help provide the documentation needed to get it approved. You stayed patient and engaged throughout the process, and that partnership made a big difference. Your feedback on the installation and the time we spent reviewing shingle options really hits home for us. We never want homeowners to feel rushed or pushed. Most of all, thank you for recognizing the integrity and communication we work hard to uphold. Advocating for our clients is at the core of what we do, and knowing you felt supported from start to finish means everything. We appreciate you, Danny, and we’re here anytime you need us.
