  Had to deal with two of their disgruntled employees today. A driver & their receptionist. When I called to speak with manager about their driver, the first receptionist hung up on me. Very unprofessional behavior.

  Horrible. Finished the job in 6 hours with tons of issues to fix. Took months to get them to fix em, and not even completely fixed...just wanted to get them out of my life. Definitely go with anybody else.

  The owner’s son was great and extremely helpful and the main contact helped after we had issues with the team. The working crew was not professional and I was extremely disappointed with them.

  We hired A&H to replace the gutters on our house. It took a few weeks to schedule them after the estimate which should have been a red flag right then for us. Their installer when he finally called, was very unsure of when he could come out. He wouldn’t call to tell me he wasn’t coming, I had to contact him to find out what was going on. After several attempts to have them out they finally showed up, four days after they were supposed to install the gutters. When they removed the old gutters they did nothing to keep debris from falling all over the place. Some of it landed in my brand new air conditioning unit that we just bought this past season. At the end of the day they did absolutely nothing to clean this up, including jagged chunks of metal and loose nails, that I had to clean u myself to stop my dogs from potentially stepping on them. To make matters worse, they did not put the down spouts in the same place they were previously (where I asked for them to be). They used mismatching colors for some of the elbows in the down spouts, and I don’t mean an off shade, we have grey gutters and spouts and the elbows are bright white. When the installers did show up, they started late, around 11:30am and only worked until 3pm. They left that day with the job incomplete and didn’t come back to finish it for another four days. If you have any other options other than A&H I highly suggest you use them. I would not hire A&H for any other jobs at my property.

  Called to schedule a roof inspection. We were interested in getting a quote for repairs. Didn’t hear back after the first call to schedule an appointment. Called back the next day, told the woman that we didn’t hear back. Tried to explain to her our needs. As I was talking she continued to interrupt me and had the nerve to say, “can I speak please.” How rude can you be? I am the client, not you. She was rude and condescending. Not calling back and don’t recommend it to anyone. Sheesh!

  I am sorry to hear about the issues on your job. Without you letting us know we cannot improve. We will work harder to make sure these things don't happen in the future. All of our roof replacements are always permitted & I am sure your permit was submitted before we started the work. Unfortunately City & county buildings get overwhelmed with high volumes of permits during storm damage & we sometimes do not receive the permits back for months. I hope overall you are happy with the roof and we did a good job for you & remember that we stand behind our work so if you have any problems please let us know. Thank You!

  A&H tackled the difficult job of replacing the roof on our large, beautiful church, St. Isidore's in Watkins. They were very careful with their work, kept the worksite clean, made accommodations for our Mass schedule, as well as funerals and weddings, and were respectful of our church setting. They took the time they needed to do the job thoroughly and well, and it was not an easy project. We will definitely be considering them for future projects.

  Tom and A&H roofing are efficient, friendly and most importantly deliver a quality job every time. I will certainly be calling them for my lifetime of owning houses in Colorado and everything roofing repairs. They are very detail oriented and there wasn’t a single nail on the ground in sight after the roofing job they did. They set the bar high and no other roofing company could do better than them.
